★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Juli 2018 hat die Fa.Egger bei uns in Hetzendorf eine Terrassen-Überdachung montiert. Bis heute findet man es nicht der Mühe wert, die Befestigungswinkel beim Abfluss der Dachrinne, anzufertigen und nachzuliefern. E- Mails werden nicht beantwortet, persönliche oder telefonische Nachfragen werden von Herrn Göttfried, das ist der, der die Firma positiv bewertet hat ?, nur belächelt. Im Dezember hat Thomas Egger versprochen, es bis Jahresende zu erledigen, da er den Fehler (die Winkel müssen beschichtet werden) zu verantworten hat.
Äußerst unhöflicher und unprofessioneller Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik!!
Fazit: Nicht bezahlen, bevor nicht alles erledigt ist!!
Die Fa Egger will offenbar keine zufriedenen Kunden.???
In July 2018, the Egger company installed a patio roof in our Hetzendorf facility. To this day, one does not find it worth the effort to manufacture and deliver the mounting brackets for the drainage of the gutter. E-mails are not answered, personal or telephone inquiries are only smiled at by Mr. Göttfried, who is the one who rated the company positively ?. In December Thomas Egger promised to do it by the end of the year, as he is responsible for the error (the angles have to be coated).
Extremely rude and unprofessional handling of legitimate criticism !!
Conclusion: Don't pay until everything is done !!
The Egger company obviously doesn't want satisfied customers
