Komplizierten und kritischen Fragen wird ausgewichen. Completely inexperienced employees who describe themselves as good Samaritans, but only try not to get lost in the system. Complicated and critical questions are avoided.

I only give 2 stars so that it doesn't look like a bot- especially at this time everyone should stick together, but some of these egoists still go shopping without a mask or with the mask under their nose ...

Bin nun seit mittlerweile über einem Jahr bei diesem Büro als Kundin geführt und es passt einfach alles. Sie haben mich super beraten, ich empfehle meinen Berater auch immer gerne weiter. Konnte durch die tolle Unfallversicherung billig eine Kur beantragen und durch meine neue Krankenversicherung ist auch immer wieder eine neue Brille drinnen. Für mich besonders wichtig, da das eine große finanzielle Entlastung darstellt. Wie gesagt, sehr seriös, super Beratung und liebe, kompetente Leute dort. Completely happy with this EFS office. I cannot say that I was ripped off or anything else. I've been a customer of this office for over a year now and everything just fits. They gave me great advice, and I always recommend my advisors. Could apply for a cure cheaply thanks to the great accident insurance and thanks to my new health insurance there are always new glasses inside. This is particularly important for me, because it is a great financial relief. As I said, very serious, great advice and lovely, competent people there.

Ich fühle mich stets sehr gut beraten und hatte noch nie das Gefühl das mir etwas verkauft wurde das ich in Wirklichkeit nicht brauche. Die Berater sind alle sehr freundlich und kompetent, alle meine gestellten Fragen wurden so beantwortet dass ich immer zufrieden war. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung. Verstehe die ein Stern Bewertungen nicht wirklich. I have been a completely satisfied customer for years! I always feel very well advised and have never had the feeling that something was sold to me that I really don't need. The advisors are all very friendly and competent, all of the questions I asked were answered in such a way that I was always satisfied. A clear recommendation for me. Don't really understand the one star ratings.
