★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so unfreundlich am Telefon behandelt worden! Der Dame war es nicht möglich sich mein Anliegen anzuhören und anschließend darauf zu antworten. Bei jedem Satz hat sie mich in der Mitte unterbrochen und sehr unfreundlich geantwortet. Ich hoffe dass es noch möglich ist diese Fähigkeit auch im Erwachsenenalter zu Erlernen. Ansonsten wäre ein Gesprächsball hilfreich ;-).
Also nach 2 Telefonaten kann ich nichts positives berichten, deswegen 1 Stern.
 Rarely been treated so unfriendly on the phone! The lady was unable to listen to my request and then respond to it. At every sentence she interrupted me in the middle and answered very rude. I hope that it is still possible to learn this ability in adulthood. Otherwise, a discussion ball would be helpful ;-).
So after 2 phone calls I can not say anything positive, so 1 star.
