M	Maaike Rekers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt hele slechte service. Ik ben normaal echt snel tevreden met een hotel maar dit sloeg echt nergens op. Bij aankomst moet je bij een Incheckpaal inchecken, dus nergens personeel te bekennen - opzich leuk idee en handig als je 24/7 open bent, maar als je vragen hebt wacht je toch gauw 30min tot je iemand kan bereiken. We kregen geen incheckformulier, wel de sleutel. Op de sleutel stond nergens ons kamernummer dus we moesten bellen hoe en wat. Je moet dus een incheckformulier hebben waar alle informatie opstaat. Wij dus geen incheckformulier gekregen, dus dan moesten we de volgende ochtend ook maar zelf regelen hoe we ons ontbijt kregen, aangezien we geen incheckformulier hadden om - het personeel wat bij het restaurant ernaast ons ontbijt zou verzorgen - te laten zien dat we idd ook ontbijt hadden gereserveerd. We moeten zelf regelen als hun printer het niet doet?? Kamer verder prima, toilet met een deur die niet op slot gaat, half glas is en waar spleten van 3cm tussen zitten, maar goed. Boeken doe je liefst vooraf via internet en inchecken doe je zelf met het verstrekte boekings nummer op de terminal bij de ingang. Toegangskaart met betaalbewijs (via alleen MasterCard of Visa) en kamernummer ontvang je via de incheck terminal. I.v.m. Covid-19 wél vooraf via e-mail een geldig vaccinatie bewijs aanleveren anders krijg je geen boeking momenteel. Excellent budget hotel.
