Extrem freundlich und kompetent, nehmen sich Zeit und es herrscht eine Atmosphäre, wie man sie leider nur noch selten findet. Large assortment of goods, very well-kept business, but above all the sellers are to be emphasized here. G	Gärtnerei Seehofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja, es war Samstag 5min nach 15:00 Uhr. Ja ich war zu spät, aber.... eine Kunde war noch im Laden. Als diese das Geschäft verließ, habe ich höfflich durch die geöffnete Tür gefragt, ob ich eine Jacke (150,-) die ich 1 Stunde zuvor bereits anprobiert habe und genau wusste wo sie hängt, noch schnell kaufen kann ( eine Sache von max.5 Minuten). Der Verkäufer meinte er habe schon Kassa gemacht. Ich erklärte das ich Bar bezahle und er den Betrag beim nächsten Öffnungstag verbuchen könnte. Seine Stimme wurde darauf unfreundlich und ich solle nächstes Mal früher kommen.....tja, auf Grund dieser nicht kundenfreundlicher Abfuhr werde ich nicht früher kommen, sondern ich werde zu Kettner nie mehr kommen.....so geht man mit Kunden nicht um. Sehr enttäuschend, 0 flexibel. Klar ist der Verkäufer im Recht, ich habe selbst ein Geschäft, aber 150,- Euro haben...oder nicht haben...., würde mich in den derzeit schwierigen Lockdownzeiten nicht so reagieren lassen. Auf nicht mehr Wiedersehen Yes, it was Saturday 5 minutes after 3 p.m. Yes, I was late, but ... one customer was still in the shop. When it left the shop, I politely asked through the open door whether I could still quickly buy a jacket (150, -) that I had already tried on 1 hour before and knew exactly where it was hanging (a thing of max 5 Minutes). The seller said he had already made the checkout. I explained that I would pay cash and he could post the amount on the next opening day. His voice became unfriendly and I should come earlier next time ..... well, due to this not customer-friendly refuse, I won't come earlier, but I will never come to Kettner again ..... that's not how you go with customers around. Very disappointing, 0 flexible. Of course, the seller is right, I have a business myself, but having 150 euros ... or not having ... would not make me react in the currently difficult lockdown times. Goodbye no more
S	St. Bua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online steht Samstag bis 15 Uhr geöffnet vor Ort dann bis 14Uhr. Fehler wurde sehr schnell behoben. Öffnungszeiten sind nun Aktuell. Vor Ort sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal.

Als Ahnungsloser war ich auf der Suche nach einem Luftgewehr und nach einer Stunde Beratung und Herumprobieren mit dem für mich richtigen Ding samt Zubehör wieder auf dem Weg nach Hause. Für meine Wünsche wurde alles in Bewegung gesetzt, angeschraubt, ausprobiert und die Stimmung im Laden war jederzeit locker und lösungsorientiert. Ich habe definitiv das Gefühl, erstklassig beraten worden zu sein. Jetzt muss ich nur noch die Scheiben treffen :) Lots of fun included. Unsuspecting, I was looking for an airgun and after an hour of consultation and trying around with the right thing and accessories, I was on my way home. Everything was set in motion, screwed on, tried out for my wishes and the atmosphere in the shop was always relaxed and solution-oriented. I definitely have the feeling that I received first-class advice. Now I just have to hit the targets :)
