★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt freundliche Beratung. Herr Eder hat mir auch geholfen, das Problem selber in den Griff zu bekommen und siehe da alles ist wieder gut.
 Really friendly advice. Mr. Eder also helped me to get the problem under control myself and lo and behold everything is fine again.

Man wird (unangekündigt) verpflichtet die Fallen zu kaufen - da kommen gleich einmal 100 Euro zusammen, für 11 Fallen.
Wenn ich einen Kammerjäger bestelle möchte ich tote Mäuse "bekommen", aber nicht Fallen KAUFEN - das kann ich selbst auch!
Telefonate werden minutiös (global) mitverrechnet und der Mitarbeiter war 45 Minuten da - verrechnet wurden aber 2 Stunden.
Null Kompromissbereitschaft. Tut mir leid - Finger weg!
Maus wurde übrigens keine gefangen, aber man konnte zusehen, wie sie die Nutella aus der Falle leckte...
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht - über 200 Euro und KEINE Maus!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive rating for this company.
You are (unannounced) obliged to buy the traps - this amounts to 100 euros for 11 traps.
When I order an exterminator I want to "get" dead mice, but not BUY traps - I can do that myself too!
Telephone calls are billed meticulously (globally) and the employee was there for 45 minutes - but 2 hours were billed.
Zero willingness to compromise. I'm sorry - hands off!
Incidentally, no mouse was caught, but you could watch her licking the Nutella out of the trap ...
I am very disappointed - over 200 euros and NO mouse!
