★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mich an die ECOS als lokaler Cisco Partner gewandt, da diese sehr nahe an unserem Unternehmensstandort residieren und ich gerne nach dem Motto "fahr nicht fort, kauf im Ort" verfahre. Ich habe per eMail um einen Cisco Supportvertrag und einen Lizenzcode für einen gebrauchten Router angefordert. Nach 3 Wochen Nichtmeldens die sehr freundliche Auskunft am Telefon, dass der betreffende Cisco zertifizierte Kollege sich bei mir melden wird. Nach ein paar Tagen dann die freundliche, aber bestimmte Auskunft, dass man weder das eine noch das andere anbieten könne. Bei einem Cisco Partner in Hongkong, der diese Dinge online anbietet, habe ich dann meinen CISCO Servicevertrag sowie die benötigte Lizenz binnen 3 Tagen erhalten. Fazit: Man ist freundlich und nett, aber als CISCO Partner leider nicht wirklich an Kunden interessiert, die die Hardware nicht im Haus kaufen. Schade, dass ich im Ausland kaufen musste. Vom Telefonat her aber durchaus eine Firma mit gutem IT KnowHow.
I turned to ECOS as a local Cisco partner because they reside very close to our company location and I like to act according to the motto "don't go on, buy locally". I asked for a Cisco support contract and a license code for a used router by email. After 3 weeks of not reporting, the very friendly information on the phone that the Cisco certified colleague in question will contact me. After a few days the friendly, but certain information that you could not offer either one or the other. With a Cisco partner in Hong Kong who offers these things online, I received my CISCO service contract and the required license within 3 days. Conclusion: You are friendly and nice, but as a CISCO partner you are unfortunately not really interested in customers who do not buy the hardware in-house. It's a shame I had to buy abroad. From a telephone call, however, it is definitely a company with good IT know-how.
