Das Mittagessen im Incook war auch sehr lecker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma Spusu kann ich nicht mehr empfehlen. Man hat das Gefühl man sei Kundenbetreuer und nicht Kunde. Einfachste Fragen bis wann 2 von 4 Simkarten gültig sind, wo man Ladebons bekommt, wann Vertragsumstellung war konnten nicht beantwortet werden. Auch wird ohne Kundeninformation das Bonus Guthaben auf geschätzt 5 bis 10 Prozent reduziert. Ich hatte mit der Hotline schon öfters zu tun, ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Ladebons sind nicht erhältlich, eine Aufladung von einer Wertkarte ist nicht möglich mittels Rechnung wenn man schon mehrere Vertragsnummern hat. Aufgrund des Umgangstons heute von 2 Hotlinemitarbeitern und des Umgangstons im Februar mit mehreren Mitarbeitern habe ich heute sämtliche Vertragsnummern storniert. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit mit QA, USW Kontakt aufzunehmen. Preislich in der Mitte, aber bei anderen ist man besser aufgehoben. 2 STerne, da Vertragsgundlage stillschweigend geändert wurde, mangelhaftes Benehmen im Februar 2020 und heute, das Personal (2 Personen) keine Auskunft geben können zu meinen 4 Simkarten.
I can no longer recommend Spusu. You have the feeling that you are a customer advisor and not a customer. The simplest questions until when 2 of 4 SIM cards are valid, where you can get vouchers and when the contract was changed could not be answered.
