★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please consider the following before dealing with this company.
1. If you fixed a date for an exam and you are not able to attend they will charge you even though you inform them a coupe of day in advance.
My own experience:
As a foreigner I am not able to read German so I emailed them for information. I received an exam date and the price with no other detail.
Unfortunately a couple of day before the exam my family including my 4 year old son caught a very bad flu so I emailed them; I was completely shocked when they ask additional 66 Euro, anyway after an intense Email exchange they agreed not no charge me.
They have an empty room with 4 to 6 computers for an exam. The room was completely empty when I set for the exam. This room was also empty when my colleague went for the exam. So I was not able to figure why they have this policy.
2. You will not be able to review your exam result (even though you disagree with the result) unless you pay them.
Unfortunately from my understanding they do not even bother to change the questions.
This is the quote from an employee of this company when I wished to see my exam result ''It is possible to purchase an exam review where an examiner will take you through the exam step by step, over the phone''.
All in all the sole purpose of this company is not education. Hopefully they reconsider that.
