Zum Anmelden ist dann eine junge Elektrikerin vorbei gekommen, ist alles schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich gegangen. I rarely got an appointment that fast while settling - although unfortunately I postponed it three times - and yet everyone was still super nice on the phone. A young electrician came by to register, and everything went quickly, easily and in a friendly manner.

Bei genaueren Fragen oder Auskünften, wirken sie schnell genervt und werden meist unfreundlich. Hatte bereits 2x probleme zwecks einer nicht richtigen Abrechnung und bin normalerweise ein sehr geduldiger Mensch. Doch irgendwann reicht es auch. Impatient, unfriendly, unreliable, etc. If you think you call someone back immediately, you have to expect to get a call back after 4 hours. For more specific questions or information, they quickly seem annoyed and are usually unfriendly. Already had 2x problems for an incorrect billing and am usually a very patient person. But at some point it will be enough.

Der Techniker kommt, kennt sich gleich aus (also ich muss ihm nicht alles noch einmal erklären, weil da wohl intern schon kommuniziert worden ist - das passiert bei einem großen Konzern halt nicht) und alles ist erledigt. I perceived every communication with the employees there as really friendly and reliable - they listen to everything patiently, take care of your concerns quickly and make an effort and organize the process. The technician comes, knows his way around straight away (so I don't have to explain everything to him again, because communication has already taken place internally - that doesn't happen with a large corporation) and everything is done.
