★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde ein falsches Produkt geliefert, den Umbau sollte dann der Kundendienst durchführen und dafür wurde schon ein sehr großer Zeitraum von 6 Wochen angesetzt. Nach Mittlerweile 8 Wochen war noch niemand da ... Mit der Kommunikation bin ich leider auch nicht zufrieden. Ich bereue es da gekauft zu haben.
The wrong product was delivered, the conversion should then be carried out by customer service and a very long period of 6 weeks was set for this. After 8 weeks no one was there ... Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with the communication either. I regret buying it there.
