O	O S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdient keine Sterne Haben unseren Backofen zur Reparatur abgegeben laut telefonat Gespräch kosten 82€ mit dem wir einverstanden waren und auch das okay gaben. Bei Abholung dann der Schock kosten 107,50€ Weil Mitarbeiter etwas falsch gemacht hat. Kundenkulanz null der Chef persönlich sehr unfreundlich er meinte es sind eh nur 25€ mehr sein einziger Vorschlag war entweder wir zahlen oder er lässt es wieder ausbauen, wir hätten aber dann wiederum die Kosten von 65€ zu bezahlen für nichts. Wir haben leider wieder Willen bezahlt weil Silvester vor der Tür steht und ich meinen Backofen brauche. Ich finde das aber trotzdem für eine bodenlose Frechheit, und weiß auch nicht ob das so üblich ist bei diesem Unternehmen etec Stockinger in Asten. Der junge Techniker war auch sehr freundlich und wusste schnell wo der Fehler liegt bei meiner Waschmaschine. Der Kostenvoranschlag der mir vor Ort übermittelt wurde war auch in Ordnung und war nach durchführen der Reparatur auch um 40 Euro billiger da es schneller ging als gedacht!
