Nette modern ingerichte appartementen maar wel met behoud van de Oostenrijkse stijl. Zeer mooi gelegen even buiten St. Martin bei Lofer. Very kind people. It is also very nice that the children can also help and watch in the stable. Neat modern furnished apartments, but retaining the Austrian style. Extrem arrogantes und unverschämtes Verhalten nachdem wir unseren Urlaub auf Grund Krankheit absagen mussten! wir haben 1 Woche vor Anreise angerufen und von der Krankheit berichtet! Dabei haben wir freundlich gefragt ob eventuell noch eine kostenlose stornierung möglich ist! Man wolle sich sofort kümmern und mit booking sprechen! Meine Frau sollte sich am kommenden Tag wieder melden! Und genau ab dem Punkt war niemand mehr erreichbar! Keine Reaktion auf Mailbox etc.! Als wir booking mit eingeschaltet haben zeigte sich das wahre Gesicht der Gastgeber und wie Familien freundlich sie sind!!! So eine Art mit Kunden umzugehen ist unter jeglicher...! Es war eine freundliche frage und dann so ein verhalten! Das Gebäude mag schön sein aber so einen Gastgeber brauch niemand! Wir sind froh den Urlaub bei solchen überheblichen Menschen nicht verbracht zu haben! Und ihre Kosten haben wir selbstverständlich gezahlt! Auf das sie damit glücklich sind! Unfortunately I can not give -5 stars! Extremely arrogant and outrageous behavior after we had to cancel our vacation due to illness! we called 1 week before arrival and reported the illness! We kindly asked whether a free cancellation is still possible! You want to take care of it immediately and speak to booking! My wife should report back the next day! And from that point on, nobody was available! No reaction to mailbox etc.! When we turned booking on, the real face of the hosts and how family friendly they were! Such a way of dealing with customers is under any ...! It was a friendly question and then such a behavior! The building may be beautiful, but nobody needs such a host! We are glad that we did not spend the vacation with such arrogant people! And of course we paid their costs! That you are happy with it!

Great apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. Well equipped and well maintained. Hostess very nice. We would love to come back! ?
