Dealing with Dup Compressor Trading GmbH? Costumer review, In september.2013 we was purchase used compressor from Dup Compressor Trading GmbH. We was traveling 2000km to check out this compresssor. After we arrived in there the Dup Compressor Trading GmbH salesman was give us 10 minutes to inspect this compressor but 20 minutes to make payment. We admit that in there was compressor working condition and good looking, unfortunaly we did´nt have opportunity to look serial nr. because salesman was told that all compressor is checked and test run, in working condition. We received compressor in our factory, we was install this in the place and suprise, this compressor was´nt working at all. First we was contact Dup Compressor Trading, first response what we was received was "This compressor was sold with out any warranty" and after this we get some tips what can be wrong. We was follow all this tips but still nothing, compressor was´nt start. After running out seller advice we was start looking that what is wrong in there, we was opening some parts in there and our discovery was suprising again. Air valve was lose and spring was drop in to the element and cause element jamming. After this we realized that this compressor was not checked or if it is checked its been done slovenly. We was sent this compressor back to Dup Compressor Trading. After two weeks we was received answer that this was our fault that compressor is broken and they offert repairing service in 5500 Euros. We was agreed but only condition- we want some warranty that after repairing this compressor is working. Dup disagreed to offer this. They disagreed to offer any warranty to they own work. Long discussion how we gone fix this problem, but no solution was´nt offert. They had two argument, compressor was sold with out warranty and this is our fault that compressor is broken. We been try to find solution and then one day we received email where salesman was told us nicely: "F.. off". Today we are not been find any answer and lost almost 10 000.-Euros (including transport), spent many working hours to explained what was wrong in this compressor and still we don´t have compressor. We agreed, we are stupit because we used Dup Compressor Trading GmbH service! We been realized that the Dup Compressor is selling some random unchecked, no warranty compressors. Surely they have happy costumers as well, with out them is difficult to cheat. Before You consider to make business with Dup Compressor Trading GmbH ask yourself: Are You agree to pay 8000-.... Euros and received machine with out warranty? Are You ready quarreling with the company in another country? Are You agree to pay money advance? Are You ready to lost greater amount of money? Do You have money to sued the company in another country to court to get back Your lost money? If You had at least one "no" then we are not recommended do to any business with them! Or do You want warranty and good service. It´s exicted companys who are able to sell used compressor with warranty. The choice is yours... One very frustrated costumer!
