Rief ich an um mein Anliegen zu schildern, jedoch legte eines der Arzthelferinen einfach auf, ohne sich mein Anliegen anhören zu wollen und gab mir sehr unprofessionell die Antwort, sie sei nur die Arzthelferin und legte auf während ich noch sprach.Der Grund war, Weil ich sie gefragt habe ob ich mit der Ärztin oder einer Helferin gerade spreche, hat sie sich angegriffen gefühlt, dabei war meine Frage aber ernst und nicht böse gemeint... Da es sich um eine Spritze aufgrund meiner Blutgruppe handelte, wollte ich natürlich richtig beraten werden. Man kann ja auch einfach freundlich sagen, dass man sich an einen anderen Arzt wenden soll, anstatt mit jemand der Hilfe sucht zu diskutieren und anschließend so herzlos auf zu legen. Hab ja nicht angerufen um jemand zu ärgern, sondern weil ich mich an euch als Patientin Wende mit meinem vertrauen Doctor is super nice.
