★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider, obwohl Service gut war, ist es nicht möglich eine Rechnung für gekauften Artikel zu erhalten, der Verkäufer wurde etwas unfreundlich, weil ich auf die mir zustehende Rechnung bestanden habe und weitere Schritte eingeleitet habe. Sehr schade, sonst wäre ich bei 5 Sternen, denn der Ablauf an sich war echt gut!
Unfortunately, even though service was good, it is not possible to receive an invoice for purchased items, the seller became somewhat unfriendly because I insisted on the invoice I was entitled to and took further steps. Very bad, otherwise I would be 5 stars, because the process itself was really good!
