P	P7K ZounZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er ist ein super artzt nett , gibt dir was du willst das wohl wird ich behaupten steht nicht immer im Vordergrund denn pro Rezept versiehnt er doch und ich hab erlebt das ich problemlos Rezepte bekam die ich nie brauchen würde oder auch unter anderem abhängig machen ohne das ich vorher aufgeklärt wurde.aber er ist wirklich nett und versucht sein bester eventl da er Albaner ist versteht er vll manchmal was falsch und deshalb die Rezepte aber abgesehen das er jedes Monat Urlaub macht würde ich ihn empfehlen wenn sie ihn nicht oft aufsuchen müssen . Mfg He is a super doctor nice, gives you what you want, I will say that is not always in the foreground because he forgives for each recipe and I have experienced that I got recipes without any problems that I would never need or, among other things, would be addicting without that I was informed beforehand. But he is really nice and tries his best eventl since he is Albanian he sometimes understands something wrong and therefore the recipes but apart from the fact that he goes on vacation every month I would recommend him if you don't have to visit him often. Es sind oft viele Menschen in der Praxis aber die Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang sind zu mir immer sehr nett, das kommt such von ihnen zurück. Sie können auch die Wartezeit gut einschätzen. Ich gehe oft dazwischen einkaufen oder nach Hause und warte dann meist nur noch ca 10 Minuten . Dr Zenuni selber ist sehr freundlich und meiner Meinung nach kompetent. Die Behandlung oder Diagnose dauert nie lang, was mir persönlich lieber ist. Ich fühle mich immer gut behandelt. I have been with Dr. Zenuni as a patient. There are often a lot of people in the practice but the staff at the reception are always very nice to me, they come back from them. You can also estimate the waiting time well. I often go shopping in between or go home and then usually only wait about 10 minutes. Dr Zenuni himself is very friendly and, in my opinion, competent. The treatment or diagnosis never lasts, which I personally prefer. I always feel well treated.

Leider muss ich auch mitteilen, dass eine von Pflegepersonal im Schalter ( kenne nicht mit Name) war mit mir unfreundlich und mit paar Patienten ungeduldig. Sie antwortete schnell und lässt sich nicht den Patient weiter zu reden. Zuerst habe ich in der Ordination angerufen, sie wirkte sehr gestresst und gibte mir nicht ausreichende Informationen dazu. Als ich dort gegangen bin, war sie weiterhin sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Am Ende habe ich Sie beweisen, mit Patienten mehr Geduld und freundlich zu sein und sie hat sich entschuldigt. Unfortunately, I also have to inform you that one of the nursing staff at the counter (I don't know my name) was unfriendly with me and impatient with a few patients. She replied quickly and didn't let the patient talk any further. First I called the ordination, she looked very stressed and didn't give me enough information. N	No Name XoXo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Doktor Zenuni hat mich als Neuen Patienten sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Arztpraxis ist schön und das Personal freundlich. Er ist sehr einfühlsam und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben in seinen Händen. Ich rede leider aus Erfahrung, da ich häufig meinen Arzt wechseln musste weil es immer „schnell schnell“ gehen muss, aber Dr. Zenuni nimmt sich Zeit und wiederholt sachen damit sie auch wirklich Verständlich sind. Für mich einer der besten und wenn nicht, der Beste Arzt in der Umgebung. Doctor Zenuni welcomed me warmly as a new patient. The doctor's office is nice and the staff friendly. He is very empathetic and you feel that you are in good hands in his hands. Unfortunately, I speak from experience, as I often had to change my doctor because it always has to be "fast, fast", but Dr. Zenuni takes time and repeats things so that they are really understandable. For me one of the best and if not the best doctor in the area.

Er ist stets bemüht seinen Patienten zu helfen und denkt nicht wie viele andere nur an das schöne Gehalt das zu ende des Monats auf Ihn wartet, hier fühle ich mich immer wieder und wieder geborgen und kann stolz behaupten dass der Herr xhevdet Zenuni ein Segen Gottes ist! Falls sie dass lesen, danke dass sie mir durch all die schweren Zeiten geholfen haben! An alle anderen, bleibt gesund, ansonsten ab zum Herrn Zenuni! ?☺️ I've been going to Mr. Zenuni since I was little, I've never seen him without a smile on his face.
