It's really a shame - because the doctor is certainly very good, but the lady on the phone was a real disaster ... for some reason she didn't want to give me an appointment ... it would be nice if this changed ....

Seine Assistentin ist ebenso freundlich und organisiert das Wartezimmer top! Man kommt umgehend dran. Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich so etwas bei einem Arzt erlebt habe. 5 stars from me as an anxiety patient. Dr. Pirko works carefully, precisely and provides factual, friendly and reassuring information. His assistant is just as friendly and organizes the waiting room top! You can get there immediately. It is the first time that I have seen anything like this at a doctor.

Davor musste ich sehr oft zum Arzt, Dr. Pirko aber erkennt alles frühzeitig, somit sind die Besuche immer seltener geworden. Hatte auch immer Angst vor Zahnärzten aber er und sein Team machen das so toll dass diese Angst immer weniger wurde. Er fragt auch immer nach einer Spritze, somit ist alles schmerzfrei. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! More than satisfied! For me the best dentist! Before that I often had to go to the doctor. But Pirko recognizes everything early on, so the visits have become less and less frequent. Also always afraid of dentists but he and his team are so great that this fear became less and less. He always asks for a syringe, so everything is painless. I can only recommend!

Die Dame am Telefon war SO UNFREUNDLICH. Sie wollte mich so schnell wie möglich abwimmeln und die ganze zeit wollte sie auflegen. Sie sagte mir, das sie überhaupt keine Neupatienten aufnehmen und das sie bis Jänner keine Termine haben, auch nachdem ich nach Terminvorschläge gefragt habe sagte sie mir nein und legte auf. Unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. I wanted to make an appointment for a routine check and also because my wisdom tooth is growing and I am in a lot of pain. The lady on the phone was SO UNFRIENDLY. She wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible and the whole time she wanted to hang up. She told me that they were not accepting any new patients and that they had no appointments until January, even after I asked for appointment suggestions, she said no and hung up. Unfriendly and not helpful.
