H	Harald Weirethmayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich vor einiger Zeit als möglicher "Neupatient" telefonisch angefragt habe, ob ich einen Termin zur Behandlung eines unmittelbar zuvor beschädigten Zahnes bekommen könnte, wurde ich - nachdem ich der äußerst unfreundlichen Dame am Telefon mitgeteilt habe, aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen (unmittelbare Nähe meines Wohnortes zur Ordination, ...) ohnehin auf Dauer einen Zahnarztwechsel von Ried/I. nach Schärding ins Auge gefasst zu haben - mit der Begründung abgewiesen, dass ich mir einen kurzfristigen Termin bei meinem bisherigen Zahnarzt besorgen solle. Kurzfristig zu helfen bzw. neue Patienten zu gewinnen ist hier offensichtlich nicht angesagt. Some time ago, when I asked over the phone as a possible "new patient" whether I could get an appointment to treat a previously damaged tooth, I was - after I have told the extremely unfriendly lady on the phone, for understandable reasons (immediate proximity of my place of residence to the ordination, ...) in the long run a change of dentist from Ried / I. after Schärding - on the grounds that I should get me a short-term appointment with my previous dentist. To help in the short term or to gain new patients is obviously not the order of the day here.

Wenn man zur Behandlung kommt und nicht gleich seine Versicherungsnummer dabei hat , Soll man erst mal schön zum Bankomaten gehen, und 300 bis 400 Euro abheben. aber der Herr Doktor fährt mit dem dicken Mercedes vor Staff very rude. Doctor even more unfriendly. If you come for treatment and don't have your insurance number with you, you should first go to the ATM and withdraw 300 to 400 euros. but the doctor drives up in the fat Mercedes

Fragen werden verständlich beantwortet und Wartezeiten nach vereinbarten Termin halten sich gering. Bin sehr zufrieden danke nochmals. I'm not a big fan of dentist visits, but this great team takes away any "fear". Questions are answered in an understandable way and waiting times after the agreed date are kept short. I'm very satisfied, thank you again.

A	Andrea L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute (Sonntag) zum ersten mal in der Ordination. Das gesamte Team ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich, man fühlte sich beim betreten der Ordination schon wohl. Da ich bis dato nicht wirklich gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe, bin ich ein richtiger Angsthase. Mein Anliegen wurde sehr gut gelöst. Ich bedanke mich auch hier nochmals für die schnelle und unproblematische Hilfe. Today (Sunday) I was in the ordination for the first time. The whole team is really very, very friendly, you felt comfortable when you entered the ordination. Since I haven't had really good experiences so far, I'm a real scaredy. My concern was resolved very well. I would like to thank you again for the quick and unproblematic help.
