M	Mihaela Hofmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Schalterassistenzen. Wurde jedes Mal unfreundlich behandelt. Hab mal Befund abgeholt und wurde gleich E-Card gesteckt (was mit Rücksprache mit GKK nicht sein sollte , da keine Leistung und ich Befundsrecht habe), damit war ich natürlich im neuen Quartal für anderen Arzt gesperrt, wir kennen auch das Problem mit Überweisung bei 3 Fachärzten im Quartal...etc Hab mich beschwert, wurde sofort angeschnautzt. Weiters wurde ich 1,5 Jahre vom Vertretungsarzt falsch diagnostiziert...aber gut, das war weniger mein Problem. Ärzte sind auch Menschen. Ich hatte einige Punkte als Rückmeldung per Mail dann dem Arzt geschrieben, weil ich finde, dass jeder das Recht hat etwas ins Positive aufzuklären und auch jede Kritik eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit ist...bis dato (und das war letztes Jahr), habe ich noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen Grundsätzlich war der Standort für mich super, Arzt war ok, aber so kann einem eine unfreundliche Schalterdame und ein komisches Verrechnungssystem (kenne mich aus was man darf und nicht) alles vermiesen. Nie wieder! Unfriendly counter assistants. Was treated rudely every time. Once I picked up the report and was immediately put in an e-card (which shouldn't be possible after consulting GKK, since no service and I have the right to report), so of course I was blocked for another doctor in the new quarter, we also know the problem with referrals at 3 specialists in the quarter ... etc I complained, was immediately pissed off. Furthermore, I was misdiagnosed by the substitute doctor for 1.5 years ... but well, that was less of a problem. Doctors are people too. I then wrote some points to the doctor as feedback by email, because I think that everyone has the right to explain something positive and every criticism is an opportunity for improvement ... to date (and that was last year) I haven't had any Get feedback Basically, the location was great for me, the doctor was ok, but an unfriendly receptionist and a strange accounting system (I know what I'm allowed to do and not) can spoil everything. Never again!

Ich bin schockiert wie leichtfertig manche Menschen mit den Gefühlen, Wünschen und Bedürfnissen anderer Personen umgehen. Ich habe einfach keine Worte. I have never experienced such an insensitive consultation hour help ... I am shocked at how carelessly some people deal with other people's feelings, wants, and needs. I just have no words.

Die Wartezeiten halten sich absolut in Grenzen und die Terminvergabe erfolgt unkompliziert. Hatte noch nie Probleme und kann die Ordination auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. All employees, as well as the doctor and substitute doctor are always very friendly! Waiting times are minimal and appointments are easy to make. Never had any problems and can definitely recommend the ordination.
