Ordinationsassistentin wirkt teilweise gestresst und überfordert, aber trotzdem äußerst nett und freundlich.
Termin sehr schnell bekommen. Wartezeit in der Ordination, würde ich als "normal" bezeichnen.
Very, very competent. Extremely competent and empathetic. It feels like it takes all the time in the world.
Ordination assistant seems sometimes stressed and overwhelmed, but still extremely nice and friendly.
Get appointment very quickly. Waiting time in the ordination, I would describe as "normal".
