Dr. Zach selbst erlebe ich als bodenständigen und erfahrenen Arzt, der sich Zeit nimmt. I am very pleased. Es handelte sich um eine Darmspiegelung - da klärt dich niemand auf, da redet keiner mit dir - kurz und knapp: menschlich eine Katastrophe. Can't understand the positive statements about friendliness. It was a colonoscopy - nobody will explain to you, nobody will talk to you - in a nutshell: a catastrophe in human terms.
M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War zu Beginn sehr zufrieden. Trotz Termin musst man ewig warten, Assistenten extrem unfreundlich. Beim anrufen jemanden zu erreichen ist sowieso eine Kunst.. Was very satisfied at the beginning. Despite the appointment you have to wait forever, the assistants are extremely unfriendly. Reaching someone when calling is an art anyway ..

Der Sten ist ausschließlich für das Personal!! Unfreundlichen Mann. S	Sabine Mihala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zur Untersuchung kann ich wenig sagen, ich habe keinen Vergleich. Die Angestellten waren aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Nachbesprechung war eher traurig. Abgesehen davon, dass ich vom Arzt geduzt wurde, bin ich mir wie ein Schüler vorm Schuldirektor vorgekommen. Mir wurde erst vorgehalten, dass ich nicht richtig vorbereitet war (obwohl ich mich genau an die Vorgaben gehalten habe) und bei der Untersuchung nicht mitgeholfen habe und es allen unnötig schwer gemacht habe. Dann kam noch ein Lob an sich selbst, denn trotz meines Verhaltens hat er es tatsächlich geschafft ein Ergebnis zu erzielen. Die Diagnose war zweitrangig. Und leider ist auch die erhoffte Beratung und Hilfe unzufriedenstellend ausgefallen. I can't say much about the examination, I have no comparison. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The debriefing was rather sad. Apart from the fact that the doctor called me first, I felt like a student in front of the principal. I was initially accused of not being properly prepared (despite following the instructions exactly) and not helping with the investigation and making it unnecessarily difficult for everyone. Then came a compliment to himself, because despite my behavior has he actually managed to get a result. The diagnosis was secondary. And unfortunately the hoped-for advice and help was also unsatisfactory.
