Man erhält keine Rückrufe, Fragen werden nicht beantwortet, an Vereinbarungen hält man sich nicht. Über anfallende und angefallene Kosten wird man nicht korrekt informiert, selbst wenn man explizit danach frägt, dafür aber hinterher so richtig mit hohen Summen überhäuft, ohne dass erkennbare juristische Leistung erbracht wurde. In unserem Fall für die reine Anwesenheit bei zwei Befundaufnahmen eine Verrechnung von € 3.500,- ohne dabei auch nur irgendeine Tätigkeit ausgeführt zu haben. Die Bezahlung einer völlig fragwürdig hohen Rechnung wird unter Klagsdrohung eingefordert.
In einer zweiten Angelegenheit wurde unser Sachverhalt völlig falsch an das Gericht und die Gegenstelle übermittelt. Trotz mehrfacher Aufklärungsversuche via Telefon und Email, werden falsche Angaben zum Nachteil des eigenen Mandanten gemacht. Ich erhalte die Schreiben allerdings nicht und auch den Schriftverkehr der Gegenseite nicht, wir haben das Fiasko erst gesehen, nachdem wir diesem Rechtsanwalt das Mandat aufgrund unzähliger fragwürdiger Vorfälle gekündigt haben. Das ganze ist ein Blindflug ohne Einsicht. Man hat den Eindruck, dass man sich auf Rechtsanwaltsseite keine Mühe gibt, man will nur schnell Geld machen. Mit dem Akt hat man sich bei uns offensichtlich nicht wirklich auseinander gesetzt. Wir werden diesen Rechtsanwalt nie wieder bemühen.

You do not receive any recalls, questions are not answered, you do not stick to agreements. You will not be informed correctly about incurred and incurred costs, even if you explicitly ask for it, but afterwards you are overwhelmed with high sums of money, without any recognizable legal service being provided. In our case for the pure presence with two findings a settlement of € 3,500, - without doing any activity. The payment of a completely questionable high bill is called for under threat of suing.
In a second case, our facts were transmitted in the wrong way to the court and the other party. Despite multiple attempts to educate via telephone and email, false information is made to the detriment of your own client. However, I do not receive the letters and also the correspondence of the other side, we have seen the fiasco only after we have terminated this lawyer's mandate due to countless questionable incidents. The whole thing is a blind flight without insight. One has the impression that one does not make any effort on the lawyer side, one wants to make only fast money. Obviously, we did not really deal with the act with us. We will never try this lawyer again.
