M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe von meiner Hausärztin zu Fr. Dr. Schuster gewechselt und bereue es, dass ich es nicht schon viel früher gemacht habe! Kompetenz ist hie wirklich da! Ganz egal ob es sich um eine Gespräch in der Ordination handelt, oder um eine Behandlung. Bis jetzt wurde ich immer bestens umsorgt. Es wird auch nicht gleich sofort Antibiotikum verschrieben, sondern wirklich der Ursache auf den Grund gegangen. Das finde ich super! Got from my family doctor to Mrs. Dr. Schuster changed and regret that I didn't do it much earlier! Competence is really there! No matter whether it is a consultation in the ordination or a treatment. So far I have always been well looked after. Antibiotics are not prescribed immediately, but really investigate the cause. I think that's great!

M	Manfred Bachl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich meine 5 Sterne ändern Frau Dr ist immer noch eine liebenswert tolle Ärztin das hilft mir aber nicht den die männliche Sekretärin bei der Annahme ist so unhöflich und denkt wohl er ist der Arzt mann bekommt keine Auskünfte wir hatten Corona und es war im nicht möglich ein Rezept zur Apotheke zu schicken. Auch ohne Corona muss man sich am Telefon rechtfertigen wenn mann etwas benötigt. Unfortunately I have to change my 5 stars Ms. Dr is still a lovely, great doctor, but that doesn't help because the male secretary is so rude and thinks he is the doctor, he doesn't get any information we had Corona and it wasn't possible to send a prescription to the pharmacy. Even without Corona, you have to justify yourself on the phone if you need something.

Der neue "Assistent" bei der Anmeldung ist sehr unfreundlich, es wird im Wartezimmer nicht darauf geachtet ob zuviele Patienten da sind. Auf meine Frage diesbezüglich, war die Antwort, sie seien komplett abgeriegelt und im Wartezimmer muss jeder eigenverantwortlich handeln. Corona Management klappt also nicht. Es wirkt eher als ob hier die Patienten egal wären. Vielleicht sollte man eine kompetente Ordinationsgehilfin einstellen. Doctor is a good doctor. Immer auf Augenhöhe und geht auf meine Fragen ein. Professionell und trotzdem sehr persönlich. Despite an extremely large number of patients, Dr. Schuster Zankl has a lot of time for my questions and gives me a detailed description of the findings. Always at eye level and responding to my questions. Professional and yet very personal.
