s	sa thena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahsinnig unfreundlich Ärtin!!! Arrogant und ignorant zugleich. Ich war wegen einer Nagelbettentzündung bei ihr. Sie empfahl mir ein Bad mit Betadona. Da dies keinerlei Wirkung zeigte, bin ich 2 Tage später an einem Freitagabend, kurz vor Ordinationsschluss, nochmals zu ihr. Sie reagierte extrem unfreundlich und verschrieb mir nur sehr widerwillig ein Antibiotikum. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt war sie mir gegenüber nur mehr gereizt und unhöflich. Sie könnten auch als Ärztin in die Forschung gehen, da hätten Sie dann weniger PatientInnenkontakt, was ich Ihnen sehr empfehlen würde, Frau Doktorin?... Insanely unfriendly doctor !!! Arrogant and ignorant at the same time. I was with her because of an inflammation of the nail bed. She recommended a bath with Betadona. Since this had no effect, I went back to her two days later on a Friday evening, shortly before the ordination closes. She was extremely rude and was very reluctant to prescribe an antibiotic. From then on, she was just more irritable and rude to me. You could also go into research as a doctor, then you would have less patient contact, which I would highly recommend, Frau Doktor? ...

Sie hört nicht auf das, was ihr gesagt wird, sie hat unangemessene Kommentare und sie ist sehr oberflächlich. Sie berichtete fälschlicherweise, dass ich positiv auf Covid bin(und sie hat mir das nicht gesagt) ohne vorherigen Test. Am zweiten Tag brachte ich ihr einen negativen Test, der nicht in meinen Daten aufgezeichnet wurde. Außerdem hörte sie auf meine Lunge, indem sie das Stethoskop buchstäblich zweimal auf meinen Rücken drückte, über meine Jacke. Dies war mein letzter Besuch bei ihre Praxis. I've been with this doctor for years. I keep getting disappointed every time. She doesn't listen to what she is told, she has inappropriate comments, and she is very superficial. She falsely reported that I was positive for Covid (and she didn't tell me that) without a prior test. On the second day, I brought her a negative test that was not recorded in my records. She also listened to my lungs by literally pressing the stethoscope onto my back twice, over my jacket. This was my last visit to her practice.

Sie ist sehr bemüht, ruft rasch zurück und hat sogar proaktiv nachgefragt, ob alles gepasst hat, nachdem sie zu einer Fachärztin weiter verwiesen hat. Es ist ja verständlich, dass Hausärzte (vor allem in Zeiten wie diesen) viel Stress haben, aber dass die Bedürfnisse von Patienten so niedergespielt werden und man sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts unerwünscht vorkommt, ist eine Frechheit. Ich kann diese Ärztin wirklich nicht weiter empfehlen. Außer ihr habt Lust, euch von einer genervten Frau nieder machen zu lassen, dann seid ihr hier richtig. Wenn man nicht gut mit Menschen umgehen kann, dann sollte man auch nicht diesen Beruf wählen.. Report from a friend: Very unfriendly doctor! I have never felt so unwelcome to a family doctor as to her. It is understandable that general practitioners (especially in times like these) have a lot of stress, but that the needs of patients are so played down and one feels undesirable during the entire stay is a cheek. I really cannot recommend this doctor. Unless you want to let yourself be knocked down by an annoyed woman, then you've come to the right place. If you are not good at dealing with people, then you should not choose this profession.

From short waiting time, trough very kind assistant on the reception and of course and most important professional medical treatment from side of Dr. Rupp. I am glad to say she is from the few doctors who I have visited and they don't prescribe you just bunch of medicaments to "cure" you. I really appreciate her approach and can make a positive reference for her consultations. P.S. English-speakers friendly :)
