Very bad, so long waiting time, if you have a hearing aid you understand a conversation very poorly and also with a face mask and very unfriendly ... don't trust !!

Hat mich und meinen Mann, den ich geführt habe, noch vor einer Einschätzung, wie es ihm geht, zurecht gewiesen, weil ich unsere leicht verkühlten Kinder mitgenommen habe anstatt sie im kalten Auto zu lassen. Noch dazu gibt es keinen Lift und die Spielsachen (fast alle kaputt) sind in einem Sack, der für kleine Kinderhände schnell zur Gefahr werden kann, da ein kaputter Draht vorsteht. Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ABSOLUT nicht zu empfehlen.
Very unfriendly and unprofessional demeanor. Correctly advised me and my husband, whom I led, even before an assessment of how he was doing, because I took our slightly chilled children with me instead of leaving them in the cold car. In addition, there is no elevator and the toys (almost all broken) are in a sack, which can quickly become dangerous for small children's hands, as a broken wire protrudes. ABSOLUTELY not recommended for families with children.
