Nur soetwas unfreundliches,arrogantes (die Dame bei der Annahme ) hab ich noch nie gesehen. Such am Telefon nur unfreundlich nimmt sich kaum Zeit, hört dir nicht einmal richtig zu was man sagt etc. Der Arzt an sich ist super und würde 5* verdienen! Wenn man mir am Telefon nicht zuhören kann, kein Rezept an die Apotheke schickt und das Telefon bereits 3 Minuten vorher abstellt schon bitter. Blonde at the front desk totally rude and arrogant. Sad because the doctor is great. If you can't listen to me on the phone, don't send a prescription to the pharmacy and turn off the phone 3 minutes beforehand, it's bitter.

Sie filtert halt und verschafft so dem Doktor die Zeit sich um jeden Patienten so zu kümmern wie er es braucht. Und die Wartezeiten sind natürlich nicht angenehm, aber nicht vergessen der Herr Doktor macht auch Hausbesuche. Es gibt halt lebensbedrohende Situationen auswärts die wichtiger sind als ein Schnupfen Patient in der Ordination. Das Team Doktor Pokorn passt schon. I don't quite understand the criticism of the receptionist, I think she does her job well. It just filters and gives the doctor the time to look after each patient as he needs it. And the waiting times are of course not pleasant, but don't forget the doctor also makes house calls. There are life-threatening situations away from home that are more important than a cold patient in the ordination. The Doctor Pokorn team already fits.
