r	regina manger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nachdem ich eine zeit lang recht zufrieden war, wurde ich bei einer untersuchung, in der ich anscheinend zu viele fragen gestellt habe, wirklich grenzwertig unhöflich behandelt. es war schon fast ordischluss ja, aber wenn er den termin einbucht erwarte ich mir bei dem honorar auch genug zeit. wurde dann fast zur tür hinaus komplementiert. schade! after being quite happy for a while, i was treated rudely borderline in an investigation that apparently asked too many questions. it was almost okay, but if he booked the appointment, I would expect enough time for the fee. was then almost complemented out the door. Too bad!

T	Timea Cecilia Puliusz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Müller ist ein sehr sympathischer, freundlicher und fachlich kompetenter Arzt. Termine werden pünktlich eingehalten, es gibt keine Wartezeiten. Also ich habe bis jetzt noch nie warten müssen. Die Laborergebnisse werden schnellstens übermittelt und erklärt. Fragen werden immer verständlich beantwortet, auch per Mail (das ist keinesfalls selbstverständlich). In der grünen Zone vor der Ordination sind genügend Plätze vorhanden, ist aber auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Die Ordination, vor allem der Warteraum, ist freundlich eingerichtet; die Farben und die leise Musik wirken beruhigend. Ich empfinde es in dieser Zeit besonders angenehm, dass man Dank der perfekten Terminorganisation, den Warteraum nie mit anderen Patienten teilen muss. Dr. Müller is a very personable, friendly and technically competent doctor. Appointments are kept on time, there are no waiting times. Well, I've never had to wait until now. The laboratory results are transmitted and explained as quickly as possible. Questions are always answered in an understandable way, also by email (this is by no means a matter of course). There are enough spaces in the green zone in front of the ordination, but it is also easily accessible by public transport. The ordination, especially the waiting room, is nicely furnished; the colors and the soft music have a calming effect. During this time I find it particularly pleasant that, thanks to the perfect organization of appointments, you never have to share the waiting room with other patients.

Meiner Meinung nach ein fachlich sehr kompetenter, sympathischer Ansprechpartner der unbürokratisch und schnell hilft. Auch wenn man zwischen seinen Kontrollen Probleme hat, wird man umgehend (noch am gleichen Tag!) zurück gerufen und telefonisch sehr gut beraten. Dies ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und ich bedanke mich herzlichst für die hervorragende Betreuung. Excellent doctor who really makes time for his patients.
