★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einschätzung vorab trotz Akteneinsicht und tatsächliche Vertretung vor Gericht lagen meilenweit (!) auseinander, Honorarnote wurde mit dem Vermerk "für weitere Auskünfte stehe ich Ihnen NICHT mehr zur Verfügung" ausgestellt.
Assessment in advance despite inspection of the file and actual representation in court were miles apart (!), Fee note was issued with the remark "I am no longer available to you for further information".
