Great dentist with sensitivity, everyone is very friendly and you feel very comfortable despite the dentist's fear. I can only recommend it. Great practice ???
J	Jasmin Lutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht mehr zufrieden! Ab Mai 2021 wird dieser Arzt nur noch Privat abrechnen nicht mehr über die TGKK... Terminvereinbarung Katastrophe!!! Bei mir und meinem Mann wurde 5mal hintereinander der Termin kurzfristig abgesagt oder verschoben. (Wir machten immer gleich einen neuen Termin aus für das nächste Halbjahr...) Ärgerlich zudem man um einen Babysitter schauen muss oder die Termine mit der Arbeit koordinieren muss... Heute bin ich umsonst zu meinem Termin angetanzt, den ich schon im August 2020 vereinbart hatte. Unfreundlich wurde mir gesagt, ich seie mehrmals versucht worden telefonisch zu erreichen. Ich hatte keinen Anruf auf meinen Telefon.. nicht nur das ich mich blöd anmachen lassen musste von der Sekretärin, bin ich maßlos darüber enttäuscht, das der Herr Dr. das Gespräch mitbekommen hat, da er mit offener Bürotür hinter mir saß und nicht eingeschreitet ist, wie seine Mitarbeiter den Umgang mit seinen Patienten pflegt.... Unfortunately no longer satisfied! From May 2021 this doctor will only settle private accounts no longer through the TGKK ... Appointments disaster !!! My and my husband's appointment was canceled or postponed 5 times in a row. (We always made a new appointment for the next half year ...) Annoying also you have to look for a babysitter or coordinate the appointments with work ... Today I danced for free to my appointment, which I already had in August Had agreed in 2020. I was told rudely that I had been tried several times by phone. I didn't have a call on my phone .. not only that I had to be turned on by the secretary, I am extremely disappointed that Dr. overheard the conversation because he was sitting behind me with the office door open and did not intervene in how his staff treats his patients ...

Dann nur kurze Begutachtung und Folgetermin in 3 Monate für weitere Karies Behandlung! Bei Milchzähnen eine Ewigkeit!!! In meinen Augen eine grobe Fahrlässigkeit! Long waiting time (1h10min) despite an appointment with a private doctor and that for 5 year old children! Then only a short assessment and a follow-up appointment in 3 months for further tooth decay treatment! For milk teeth an eternity !!! In my eyes, gross negligence!

S	Susanne Rabl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor Jahren dachte ich dass dieser Zahnarzt menschlicher Hinsicht handelt. Meine ganze Familie war bei ihm bis 2020. Kurze Rede . Heute würde ich niemals mehr hingehen bin maßlos enttäuscht. Habe meinen damaligen Termin absagen müssen da Corona bedingt meine Kinder zu Hause waren weil in der Schule Distancearning herrschte. Diese super Assistentin hat dies wohl nicht weitergegeben und mir wurde schlussendlich ein Rechtsanwaltsbrief gesendet mit Kosten eines versäumten Termins. Years ago I thought that this dentist acted humanely. My whole family was with him until 2020. Short speech . Today I would never go there again and I am extremely disappointed. I had to cancel my appointment at the time because Corona caused my children to be at home because there was distance learning at school. This super assistant probably didn't pass this on and I was finally sent a lawyer's letter with the cost of a missed appointment.
