Professionally very competent. Unfortunately, I felt so little understood by a doctor. Didn't really address my problems.

Er sehr genau bezüglich Untersuchung, behandelt mich als Mensch und nicht als Nummer, nimmt sich Zeit für die Untersuchung. Wie gesagt, hatte noch nie solch einen besonders guten Arzt! Dr. Much happier is by far the best doctor I've had in my long life. He is very specific about the investigation, treats me as a person and not as a number, takes time for the investigation. As I said, never had such a particularly good doctor!

Auf eine freundlich gestellte Frage erwarte ich eine höfliche Antwort und nicht, dass ich angepfaucht werde. Man kann auch höflich sagen, dass die Frage nicht sein Fachgebiet betrifft. Für mich war es der 2. und mit Sicherheit letzte Besuch in dieser Praxis. Auch wenn ich "nur Kassenpatient bin" darf ich Höflichkeit erwarten. Dr. Fröhlinger apparently does not need to be kind to his patients. When I am asked a friendly question, I expect a polite answer and not that I will be hissed at. One can also say politely that the question does not concern his area of expertise. For me it was the second and certainly last visit to this practice. Even if I'm "only a patient with the health insurance" I can expect courtesy.
