S	Sonja “SonjaDieKatze” Basaric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Ärztin die auf Probleme eingeht und medikamentös hilft. In meinem Falle mit chronischen Schmerzen und Bipolarität. Mir wurde immer erklärt was und wofür ich es bekomme, auch was es bewirkt und dass ich immer anrufen kann wenn sich etwas ändern sollte. Auch ein akut Termin per Anruf war noch am selben Tag kein Problem. Zur Ordinationsgehilfin kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Sie ist definitiv kein Sonnenschein, aber organisatorisch passt alles und zu mir ist sie sehr neutral. Good doctor who responds to problems and helps with medication. In my case, with chronic pain and bipolarity. I was always told what and what I get it for, what it does and that I can always call if something should change. Even an acute appointment by phone was no problem on the same day. I cannot say anything negative about the ordination assistant. It is definitely not sunshine, but organizationally everything fits and to me it is very neutral.

Danke an Frau Dr. Zadro - Jäger und die mehr als hilfsbereite Sprechstundenhilfe. This ordination is a place of love and patient understanding. Very loving care, all-encompassing, in good hands. You feel human, technically wonderful, in good hands. Anyone who does not feel comfortable here has missed a doctor's experience that includes trust and competence at the highest level. G	Gerhard Zöhrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit 11/18 in Behandlung,gab nie was Negatives,nur Positives. Frau Doktor und ihre Sprechstunden Hilfe überaus freundlich einfühlsam. Frau Doktor nimmt sich die Zeit,die notwendigen ist für jeden Patienten. Es gibt fast keine Warte Zeit,gegenüber anderen Ärzten (zum beispiel mein Hautarzt in Wien,trotzt Termin sind 90-120 min.keine seltenheit Verstehe die Negativen Bewertungen nicht,wie man in denn Wald ruft,kommt es prompt zurück. Bitte weiter so,und alles gute. I've been in treatment since 11/18, never gave anything negative, only positive. Frau Doktor and her consultation hours help very friendly and sensitive. The doctor takes the time, which is necessary for every patient. There is almost no waiting time for other doctors (for example my dermatologist in Vienna, despite the appointment, 90-120 minutes is not uncommon If the negative reviews do not understand how to call in the forest, it comes back promptly. Please keep it up and all the best.

Ich hatte keine Gelegenheit, Frau Doktor kennenzulernen und deswegenkann ich über Sie nichts schreiben, jedoch für Ihre Sprechstundenhilfe kann ich nur sagen: DIE Unfreundlichkeit in Person. Man kan einen schlechten Tag haben, sogar die eigene Arbeit hassen aber solange man dafür Geld bekommt, dürften die Kunden, in diesem Fall Patienten, die Frust der Beschäftigten nicht spüren. Beim Eingang gibt es eine Tafel: "Max. 3 Patienten". Ist auch wegen Korona verständlichen, jedoch obwohl es im Warteraum nur einen Patienten gab, wurde ich extrem unfreundlich aufgefordert und nicht gebeten, vor dem Haus zu warten. Meine körperliche Einschränkung war anscheinend ein zuzätzlicher Grund für die Agression der Sprechstunden"hilfe". Ich kann der Ärztin nur empfehlen ganz dringend ein ernstes Gespräch mit dieser Mitarbeiterin zu führen. Today was my first and last appointment in this ordination. You can have a bad day, even hate your own work, but as long as you get money for it, the customers, in this case patients, shouldn't feel the frustration of the employees. There is a sign at the entrance: "Max. 3 patients". This is understandable because of the corona, but although there was only one patient in the waiting room, I was asked extremely unfriendly and not asked to wait in front of the house. My physical limitation was apparently an additional reason for the aggression of the consultation hours "help". I can only recommend the doctor urgently to have a serious conversation with this employee.
J	Jessica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Frau Doktor nimmt sich nicht wirklich viel Zeit um über meinen Zustand zu erfahren, auch nicht wenn man gerade seine Gefühle offenbart und weint. Auch als Neurologin kann ich sie nicht weiter empfehlen, obwohl sie meinte, sie ist eine gute Ansprechperson, wenn es um Migräne geht. Die Sprechstundenhilfe ist unglaublich unfreundlich, sehr sehr schnell gereizt und meiner Meinung nach, nicht passend für diese Position. Man könnte meinen, dass in einer psychiatrischen Praxis freundliche, einfühlsame oder wenigstens nicht schlecht gelaunte und zynische Menschen arbeiten... dem ist in dieser Praxis aber nicht so... The doctor doesn't really take much time to find out about my condition, not even when you're revealing your feelings and crying. As a neurologist, I cannot recommend her to anyone, although she said she is a good person to talk to when it comes to migraines. The office hours help is incredibly unfriendly, irritated very, very quickly and, in my opinion, not suitable for this position. One might think that friendly, empathetic or at least not bad-tempered and cynical people work in a psychiatric practice ... but this is not the case in this practice ...

c	claudia nentwich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war zwar erst einmal dort, hatte aber einen durchaus positiven Eindruck. Die Ärztin nimmt sich Zeit, man kann gut mit ihr kommunizieren, was Sache ist. Sie wirkt ruhig und kompetent, aufbauend. Der junge Mann im Vorzimmer dürfte diesen Job noch nicht lange machen (vielleicht Urlaubsvertretung), ist aber überaus bemüht und genau bei der Arbeit. Sehr schönes Ambiente (wenn man alte Häuser mag). Ergänzung nach dem 2. Besuch: Ich vermute, dass ich deshalb so gut mit der Ärztin reden kann, weil ich sehr klar, unmissverständlich und ohne Geschwafel artikuliere. Es dürfte ihr "Knackpunkt" sein, wenn jemand wirklich ausführlich schildern will, was ihn/sie bewegt, besser aufgehoben beim Therapeuten. Der junge Mann im Vorzimmer ist genau so nett wie beim 1. Mal und trägt meinen Rollator die Stiegen hinauf und hinunter, und bleibt an diesem Posten. I have only been there once, but I had a very positive impression. The doctor takes her time, it's easy to communicate with her about what's going on. She seems calm and competent, constructive. The young man in the anteroom shouldn't have been doing this job for long (maybe a vacation replacement), but he is extremely hard-working and precisely at work. Very nice ambience (if you like old houses). Addition after the 2nd visit: I suspect that the reason why I can talk to the doctor so well is because I articulate very clearly, unequivocally and without ramblings. It should be your "sticking point" if someone really wants to describe in detail what moves him / her, better off with the therapist. The young man in the anteroom is just as nice as the first time and carries my rollator up and down the stairs and stays at this post.
