H	Habibollah Momtazian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gott sei gedankt,am 23.Oktober 202o habe ich nach langem suchen eine hervorragende Neurologin gefunden.Frau Dr.Susanne Katzensteiner.Die Frau Doktor ist sehr genau u.angenehm.Ich bekomme nach einer sehr angenehmen Ordination einen neuen Termin von zwei sehr freundlichen Rezeptionistinen der mühevoll für 12.November festgelegt wurde.An diesem Termin ist meine Frau voraus gegangen weil ich ein Parkplatz suchen musste.Beim Karteneinschub hörte meine Frau "Sie haben heute keinen Termin".Meine Frau beharrte darauf dass wir diesen Termin von den zwei sehr freundlichen Sekretärinen bekommen haben u.am Kalender eingetragen haben.Nun eine Patientin hörte diesen Diskurs,kam heraus u.bot mir ihren eigenen Termin an mit der Bemerkung"ich kann jetzt weg gehen nehmen Sie meinen Termin u.ich werde um 15.30 wieder kommen",worauf hin aus der Rezeption ein "NEIN"heraus geschleudert wurde."NEIN DAS GEHT NICHT".Es ist sehr bedauerlich das eine so angenehme Ärztin einen so unfreundlichen Menschen in Ihrer Nähe beschäftigt. Die Ärztin ist meine behandelte Ärztin habe ein Termin in Novembar 2019 ausgemacht für 20 Jänner 2020 bin zu den ausgemachten Termin rechtzeitig aufgeschinen die Dame bei der Änfang meint das ich doch keinen Termin habe das heist die haben mich nicht eingetragen trotz den Termin Bestätigung in Novembar 2019. Nach den Geschprech mit der Ärztin meinte die ich kann 4 Stunden warten oder in 22 Bezirk ein andaren Neurologe aufsuchen. Ich finde das größte Freiheit die Personal so voll auch die Ärztin ist sehr unfreundlich nicht zu Empfehlen. V	Victoria M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich war der Besuch der Ordination von Frau Dr. Katzensteiner eine furchtbare Erfahrung. Man hatte mir im Krankenhaus geraten zur weiteren Behandlung zu einem Neurologen zu gehen, allerdings wurde ich in dieser Ordination abgewiesen und mir wurde nur ein Termin in 2 Wochen angeboten. Ich hatte erwähnt, dass ich sehr starke Kopfschmerzen hatte, seit wenigen Stunden meine Hände nicht mehr richtig bewegen könnte und wegen Übelkeit seit ein paar Tagen nichts mehr essen oder trinken könnte. Da ich mein Handy nicht mehr bedienen konnte, bat ich die Ordinationsassistentin, mir ein Taxi zu bestellen. Leider war die von ihr empfohlene Ambulanz wegen Covid-Maßnahmen gesperrt und ich hatte vermutlich ziemliches Glück, dass ich noch rechtzeitig zu einem anderen Krankenhaus gekommen bin. Dort diagnostizierte man eine Sinusvenenthrombose und kurze Zeit später hatte ich einen epileptischen Anfall. Wenn man eine 35-jährige Frau mit solchen Symptomen auf diese Art und Weise behandelt dann ist dies unterlassene Hilfeleistung. They diagnosed a sinus vein thrombosis and a short time later I had an epileptic seizure. Treating a 35 year old woman with symptoms like this in this way is failure to provide assistance.

Die Ärztin ist sehr freundlich höflich und nimmt sich Zeit. Die Assistentin am Schalter ist auch eine sehr nette und freundliche Dame. Kann ich nur empfehlen. ?? h	hello ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin erklärt bereits ohne irgendwelche Untersuchungen veranlasst zu haben "neurologisch ist alles in Ordnung" bei ganz offensichtlich vorhandenen neurologischen Störungen. Wohl eine Folge des vollen Wartezimmers und des entsprechenden Zeitdrucks, aber weitergebracht hat mich der Arztbesuch nicht. Das ist enttäuschend. Da die Ärztin und das Personal ansonsten nett ist 2 Sterne. Probably a consequence of the full waiting room and the corresponding time pressure, but the visit to the doctor did not help me. This is disappointing. I know 50 is a tricky number to pronounce clearly so I make sure to repeat the numbers separately twice over the phone to confirm. Fast forward to appt date, I get reprimanded for being 30 minutes late because apparently the appointment was at 8:15. I then ask how long the wait would be, and she says she doesn't know. I ask how many scheduled patients there are today, she scoffs and says of course she doesn't know. So, not only is basic conversation with the receptionist not possible as her understanding is limited, she is also rude. Better save your time and find another doctor.
