★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termine sing völlig unnötig, habe trotz Termin 2 Stunden lang warten müssen wegen einer Kontrolle, die 5 Minuten gedauert hat. ( das war kein Einzelfall).
Appointments are completely unnecessary, despite the appointment I had to wait 2 hours because of a check that took 5 minutes. (that was not an isolated case).

I went there and was already very afraid of dentists. Unfortunately, this was confirmed there! I will never forget what happened to me there and even today I am pursuing nightmares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte vor einer Terminvereinbarung eine telefonische Auskunft über den Preis für eine Mundhygiene haben. Diese wurde mir auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht erteilt. Bei anderen Zahnärzten war das nie ein Problem. Werde mir einen anderen Zahnarzt suchen!
Before making an appointment I wanted to have information about the price of oral hygiene over the phone. This was not given to me, even after asking several times. This has never been a problem with other dentists. Will find another dentist for me!
