S	Sinan Sarikaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste gestern kurzfristig einen Termin vereinbaren, was auch gute geklappt hat. Habe für heute um 10.15 einen Termin bekommen. Dort angekommen, hieß es auf einmal, dass der Termin erst um 12.15 ist (obwohl ich gestern mehrmals die Uhrzeit am Telefon bestätigt habe). Nach einer langer Wartezeit sind wir an der Reihe gewesen. Der Herr Doktor war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Nach der Behandlung hat uns die nächste Überraschung erwarten auf die wir in keinerlei Hinsicht informiert worden sind. Die Frau am Telefon hat mich gefragt bei welcher Kassa die Patientin ist und erwähnte nicht einmal dass dies eine anscheinend eine private Praxis ist. Heute in der Praxis wurde dies ebenfalls nicht erwähnt. Für die schmerzen die meine Frau hat spielt natürlich Geld keine Rolle. Aber dass man uns darauf nicht aufmerksam macht und in keinem Gespräch mit der Sekretärin dies erwähnt wird finde ich nicht in Ordnung. The doctor was very competent and helpful. After the treatment, the next surprise awaited us, about which we were not informed in any way. The woman on the phone asked me which cash desk the patient is at and didn't even mention that this is apparently a private practice. In practice today this was also not mentioned. Of course, money doesn't play a role in the pain my wife has. But it is not okay that we are not made aware of this and that this is not mentioned in any conversation with the secretary.

Endlich ein Arzt, der mit dem Patient (Baby) auch ein paar Worte redet und sich ihm widmet, ganz ruhig und vorsichtig die Untersuchung durchführt und mir kurz erklärt, was der Befund ist. Sehr emphatisch! Ich kenne es nämlich auch anders von einer anderen Praxis (Boznerplatz: Arzt dort hat das Kind wie Ware behandelt. Kein einzig nettes Wort, war nicht gerade feinfühlig bei der Untersuchung und hat mich dann angeschnauzt, ob ich dem Kind nicht den Schnuller geben will, weil es - oh Wunder - geweint hat. Und war dann noch genervt, weil ich ihm erklärt habe, dass wir keine Schnuller verwenden). Daher ein großes Lob und DANKE an Dr. Frischhut! Da können sich viele ihrer KollegInnen eine Scheibe abschneiden... We had an appointment for the hip ultrasound according to the MuKi-Pass. I was excited.
