Frau Doktor Serdean und ihr Team sind sehr kompetent, äußerst freundlich und die Atmosphäre in der Ordination ist wirklich angenehm. Ich komme wieder, keine Frage. Great! Dann wurde mir Dr. Serdean empfohlen und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Ausgesprochen nette, tolle Ärztin. Auch die Zahnarztassistentinnen und die Praxis sind top! Absolut empfehlenswert! I was with many dentists ... unfortunately I had to make quite a few bad experiences, hence my great fear of visiting dentists. Then Dr. Serdean recommended and I was not disappointed! Extremely nice, great doctor. The dentist assistants and the practice are top! Highly Recommended!

Wenn man den schlimmsten zahnschmerz hat, braucht man nicht davon auszugehen dort hilfe zu bekommen. Alles sehr trist u sehr spießig, ich bin selber eine frau aber das sind keine frauen. Einen Kunden mit schmerzen nachhause zu schicken, mit ein lächlen, dass sieht man auch mit der corona maske sehr wohl. haha Schon auf die idee gekommen, dass es sich über menschen lustig zu machen, assozial ist. J A jetzt arbeiten assozioale auch schon dort. Unter anderem möchte ich nur damit sagen, wenn man ein Problem mit den Zähnen hat, kann man sich keine freundlichkeit dort erwarten. Entschuldigung, doch, aber dieses ist nur ein belächlen über den Kunden bzw Neukunden. Ich habe einmal an A1 eine beschwerde geschickt und sonst nie. Ich verfasse diesen text am parkplatz, ich hätt nicht anders gekönnt.. Für alle die wissen wollen wie es wirklich aussieht! Falls der text raus gelöscht wird, ich habe ihn kopiert! Werde ihn öfters posten lassen, wie ihr eure guten Bewertungen, posten lässt. Rechne dir die Prozentzahl aus, wie viele Kundenbewertungen raus gelöscht werden mussten, um die jetztige zu erhalten. Anstandslos nach kurzem Warten hat sich Fr. Dr. Zeit für mich genommen und die panische Angst war auch schon vergessen. Kompliment an das gesamte Team, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Muss zwar in 14 Tagen nochmal, aber bisher ALLES absolut schmerzfrei! Größter Lob und Anerkennung für diese sensationelle Zahnarztpraxis. Everything sensational !!!
