m	miro kuschev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe und hatte bis jetzt nur schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht mit der Ordination von der Frau Dr. Shukry. Der jüngste Fall ist erst eine Woche her, mein Sohn hatte starke Ohrenschmerzen noch dazu hustete er und war verschnupft, das ganze noch dazu am WE, am Montag gingen wir zur Dr. Shukry sie hat sich ihn angeschaut und hat ihn trotz angesprochene Ohrenschmerzen NUR einen Hustensaft (isländisch moos) und NUR Nasentropfen (Nasivin) verschrieben! nach einer Woche und 2 × täglicher Einnahme von den Medikamenten verbesserte sich der Zustand nicht er hustete weiter! Also gingen wir zu unserem praktischen Arzt die feststellte das er Ohrenentzündung hat und ihm Antibiotika verschrieben hat! Mittelohrentzündung kann nicht mit Hustensagt und Nasenspray geheilt werden liebe Frau Dr. Shukry!!!!!!! Have and had so far only had bad experiences with the ordination of the Dr. med. Shukry. Shukry she has looked at him and has prescribed him despite the mentioned earache ONLY a cough syrup (Icelandic moss) and ONLY nose drops (Nasivin)! after a week and 2 × daily intake of the drugs, the condition did not improve, he continued to cough! So we went to our medical practitioner who found he had ear infection and prescribed antibiotics! Middle ear infection can not be cured with cough syrup and nasal spray. Shukry !!!!!!!
H	Heinz Karlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jahrelang bei dieser Ärztin.... einmal Termin nicht eingehalten Euro 20,-- Strafe, und das obwohl die Ärztin nicht erreichbar war für Terminabsage. Aber jetzt das Beste, unser Kind krank, Fieber, Kopfschmerzen etc. Behandlung keine, keinen Termin, wenn die unberechtigt eingeforderten 20,-- Euro nicht bezahlt werden. So eine Vorgehensweise bei einm kranken Kind. Unglaublich For years with this doctor .... once appointment not met Euro 20, - penalty, and although the doctor was not available for appointment cancellation. But now the best, our child ill, fever, headache, etc. No treatment, no appointment, if the unjustified demanded 20, - Euro are not paid. Such a procedure with a sick child. Incredible
C	Claudia Kerbl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon hebt oft keiner ab. Oder der Hörer wird zur Seite gelegt und man wartet Minuten lang bis sich mal wer meldet. So ging es mir als ich einen Termin einmal absagen wollte. Bis ich drauf gepfiffen hab. Als ich wieder einen Termin brauchte sagte man mir am Telefon ich müsste Strafe zahlen weil ich den letzten Termin nicht eingehalten habe. Ich dachte ich hör schlecht. Die sind ja echt bescheuert dort! Mit der Ärztin bin ich auch des öfteren unzufrieden gewesen. Das einzige Plus was sie hat ist, dass sie die einzige Kassenärztin in Schwechat ist und das ist SEHR TRAURIG! Ich habe mittlerweile zu einem Privaten Kinderarzt in Mannswörth gewechselt. Und ich bin äußerst zufrieden. Da zahl ich lieber Privat und bekomm einen Teil von der Krankenkassa zurück bevor ich zu einem Arzt geh wo ich mich jedes mal nur ärgern muss. Until I whistled on it. When I needed an appointment again, I was told on the phone that I would have to pay a fine because I did not meet the deadline. I thought I heard bad. They are really stupid there! I have often been dissatisfied with the doctor. The only plus she has is that she is the only GP in Schwechat and that is VERY SAD! Meanwhile, I have switched to a private pediatrician in Mannswörth. And I am extremely satisfied. Since I prefer to pay private and get a part of the health insurance back before I go to a doctor where I have to annoy me every time only.
S	Sam Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team von Fr. Dr. Shukry-Schulz! Vom Empfang über die Untersuchung bis zur Verabschiedung ist man immer bestens betreut! Fr. Dr. Shukry-Schulz ist eine sehr kompetente und erfahrene Ärztin. Ich bin schon viele Jahre mit meinen Kindern bei ihr und habe nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Würde ich wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommentare zum Thema Strafezahlen kann ich gar nicht verstehen, so wie bei jedem anderen Arzt auch zahlt man in dieser Ordination ein Honorar, wenn man den Termin nicht einhält, dabei sind sie sehr großzügig, man kann den Termin sehr knapp (eine Stunde vorher) auch noch absagen. Es ist nur fair zu zahlen, wenn man den Termin nicht einhält, denn Fr. Dr. Shukry-Schulz nimmt sich immer unglaublich viel Zeit für eine/n PatientIn. Many thanks to the entire team of Ms. Dr. Shukry-Schulz! From the reception to the examination to the farewell you are always well looked after! Dr. Shukry-Schulz is a very competent and experienced doctor. I have been with her with my children for many years and have only had very good experiences. I would highly recommend it. I can't understand the comments on the subject of fines, just like with any other doctor you pay a fee in this ordination if you don't keep the appointment, they are very generous, you can get the appointment very tight (one hour in advance) also cancel. It's only fair to pay if you don't keep the appointment, because Ms. Shukry-Schulz always takes an incredible amount of time for a patient.

Sie nimmt sich Zeit für jede noch so kleine Frage, geht sehr rührend, auch wenn es gerade stressig ist, auf meine Kleine ein und ist medizinisch sehr genau und kompetent. Gerade jetzt in Coronazeiten begegnet man in der Ordination kaum anderen Patienten. Man wird - obwohl Kassenordination - wie ein Privatpatient behandelt. Würde ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen!! Such a competent, loving and empathetic doctor! Got it recommended by two couples of friends. She takes time for every question, no matter how small, is very touching, even when it's stressful, about my little one and is medically very precise and competent. Especially now in Corona times, you hardly meet other patients in the ordination. You are treated like a private patient, even though you are a cash register. I would highly recommend it !!

Mein Sohn hat aus dem nichts eine riesige Blase auf der Wange bekommen und wir durften nicht vorbeikommen (eigentlicher Arzt hat geschlossen). Absolute Frechheit, selbst 1 Stern ist zuviel! Does not accept acute patients! My son got a huge blister on his cheek out of nowhere and we were not allowed to come in (actual doctor is closed). Absolute cheek, even 1 star is too much!
