R	Robert Lewo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr Sehr schlecht ! Musste leider auf sie ausweichen weil mein Hausarzt auf Urlaub war ! Hatte ueber 1 Stunde Wartezeit fuer einen Krankenstand von 1 Tag ! Nie Nie wieder ! Very very bad ! Unfortunately had to resort to it because my family doctor was on vacation! Had over 1 hour waiting for a sick leave of 1 day! Never again!

Bin jetzt seit 5 Jahren bei ihr und kann nichts schlechtes sagen! Very dear doctor, you wait a bit longer but she takes the time for your patients! Am now with her for 5 years and can not say anything bad!

Patienten dermaßen unfreundlich abzuwimmeln, weil sie angeblich überfordert sei und keine Zeit habe, ist echt das letzte. Der guten Dame würde ich einen Jobwechsel dringend empfehlen. Frau Dr Schmidt ist eine tolle Ärztin, doch für mich als Patientin leider nicht genug, wenn das übrige Personal unmenschlich ist. Mir wurde die Information, die ich gebraucht habe, verwehrt und gesagt ich soll nächste Woche kommen. Keiner ruft bei einem Arzt umsonst an oder weil er ja eine Woche warten kann. Suche mir einen anderen Hausarzt. Danke! The receptionist desperately needs a crash course in good behavior - unreasonable something like that. To get rid of patients so unfriendly because they are supposedly overwhelmed and have no time is really the last thing. I would strongly recommend the good lady to change jobs. Dr Schmidt is a great doctor, but unfortunately not enough for me as a patient when the rest of the staff is inhuman. I was denied the information I needed and told to come next week. Nobody calls a doctor for free or because they can wait a week. Find me another family doctor. Thanks!
G	Gernot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Familie und ich sind seit 2011 Patienten bei Frau Dr. Schmidt und sehr zufrieden. Sie ist eine der wenigen Ärzte/innen die sich die Zeit für ihre Patienten (klein und groß) nimmt. Frau Dr. Schmidt bietet alternative Behandlungsmethoden (Akupunktur, Vitamin-C) an und geht, unserer Meinung nach, sehr umsichtig mit dem Verschreiben von starken Medikamenten (Antibiotika, etc.) um. Fr. Andrea und Fr. Maria ergänzen als Assistentinnen die sehr gute Betreuung in dieser Praxis. Weiter so. My family and I have been patients with Dr. med. Schmidt and very satisfied. She is one of the few doctors who takes the time for her patients (small and big). Miss Dr. Schmidt offers alternative treatment methods (acupuncture, vitamin C) and, in our opinion, deals very carefully with prescribing strong medications (antibiotics, etc.). Ms. Andrea and Ms. Maria complete the very good care in this practice as assistants. Keep it up.

Über Dr. Schmidt kann ich nur eins sagen: ein Traum!!! Sie ist wirklich bemüht und nimmt sich immer Zeit für ihre Patienten!!! The new receptionist is friendly and does her job really well !!! (I'm happy that Mrs. Maria is gone!) About Dr. I can only say one thing to Schmidt: a dream !!! She tries really hard and always takes time for her patients !!!

Dr. Schmidt und habe sie als kompetente Ärztin mit viel Erfahrung, Ruhe und Feingefühl kennengelernt. Ich schätze besonders ihre Sicht auf den ganzen Menschen, nicht nur die Krankheit wegen der ich gekommen bin. Auch der Umgang im Team und mit den Patienten ist nett und freundlich, was sich positiv auf die ganze Atmosphäre auswirkt. I have also been with Ms. Dr. for several years with my children. Schmidt and I got to know her as a competent doctor with a lot of experience, calmness and sensitivity. I particularly appreciate their view of the whole person, not just the illness that I came for. Dealing with the team and with the patients is also nice and friendly, which has a positive effect on the whole atmosphere.

Das ist keine Kritik an der fachlichen oder menschlichen Kompetenz der Ärztin, daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. It would be desirable if waiting times were communicated transparently and comprehensibly. This is not a criticism of the professional or human competence of the doctor, there is nothing wrong with it.
