★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr dreist! Hausarzt hat nicht offen, Vertretung hat uns verschickt also sind wir hierher. Sekretärin war absolut unfreundlich und unhöflich und hat uns nach ner Diskussion auch wieder weggeschickt. "Wir können ja nicht das ganze Land aufnehmen"
Very brazen! Family doctor did not open, agency has sent us so we are here. Secretary was absolutely rude and rude and after a discussion also sent us away again. "We can not take in the whole country"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher Arzt und eine freundliche Frau beim Empfang. Ich war im Notdienst mit einem kleinem Kind dort. Er hat sich genug Zeit genommen und alles genau angesehen.
Very friendly doctor and a friendly woman at the reception. I was on the emergency service with a small child. He took enough time and looked at everything carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die unfreundliche Arzthelferin nimmt nicht mal ein krankes Kind auf. Man wird lapidar an den anderen zuständigen Arzt verschickt. Nicht nur außerordentlich unhöflich sondern im Ernstfall sogar fahrlässig einen „quasi Notfall“ abzulehnen.
The unfriendly doctor's assistant doesn't even take a sick child in. One is sent succinctly to the other responsible doctor. Not only extremely impolite but in an emergency even negligently rejecting a "quasi emergency".
