Auch die Kinder fühlen sich total wohl - Angst vor dem Zahnarzt kennen sie nicht mehr. Die Behandlungen finden auf sehr hohem Niveau statt, die Praxis ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Preise sind sehr fair. Ich kann Frau Dr. Öztürk und ihr Team nur weiterempfehlen! Half a year ago I was with Dr. Öztürk changed and am thrilled. I brought my two children (4 and 6 years). War jetzt schon ein paar mal bei Ihr und wurde immer super behandelt. Man spürt nichts beim Zähne ziehen Keine Schmerzen fühle mich sehr wohl bei Frau Öztürk. Komme immer wieder gerne in die Praxis. Dank Dr. Serpil Öztürk und seinem Team gehört so etwas definitiv der Vergangenheit an!! Ein toller Ärztin mit viel Fachwissen und einer sehr freundlichen, verständnisvollen Art! Ich sags einfach mal so: wer einmal dort in Behandlung war will zu keinem anderen mehr. Service, Ambiente, Behandlung, Kompetenz – hier stimmt einfach Alles. Frechheit eine 4 jährige mit Loch wieder nachhause schicken,bzw 1 Monat später Termin anbieten. Sehr enttäuscht. Appointment entered incorrectly (by assistant) although I have it in writing. Didn't answer even though I was there 10 minutes beforehand. Cheek to send a 4 year old with a hole back home or offer an appointment 1 month later. Very disappointed.

Ihre ganzen Mitarbeiter kümmern sich sehr und sind alle sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann diese Praxis mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vor allem Angstpatienten sind hier sehr gut aufgehoben. I have known Serpil for a very long time and have been her patient forever. She is very empathetic and takes away any fear. All your staff care a lot and are all very accommodating. I can recommend this practice with a clear conscience. Anxious patients in particular are in very good hands here.
