Dr. Sebastian Schumacher hat mich in einer CHF-Kredit-Angelegenheit vertreten. Vorweg das Ergebnis: Ich konnte mir im Endeffekt eine 5-stellige Euro-Summe ersparen. Dr. Schumacher war meinen Akt betreffend stets top-informiert und - soweit ich es beurteilen kann - in der Sache selbst höchst kompetent . Beim Verhandeln mit Vertretern der gegnerischen Partei war er äußerst souverän und ohne Abstriche sattelfest. Im Ton ruhig und freundlich, in der Sache konsequent und kompetent. Mir gegenüber war er äußerst verlässlich, kommunikativ, jederzeit erreichbar, sehr nett und freundlich und hatte auch immer ausreichend Zeit. Ich kann Dr. Sebastian Schumacher nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und möchte mich bei ihm auch auf auf diesem Weg nochmals bedanken. Er hat sehr ruhig und sachlich meine Chancen, das Verfahren zu gewinnen, dargestellt. Als ich mich dann entschlossen habe, tatsächlich die Bank zu klagen, hat er sehr souverän das Verfahren geführt, mich auf mögliche Untergriffe der Gegenseite hingewiesen und mich auf jede Verhandlung sehr gut vorbereitet. Am Ende kam ein für mich sehr guter Vergleich heraus, die Sache hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Kann Herrn Dr. Schumacher nur wärmstens empfehlen - ich kenne auch Anwälte, die (in ihrem eigenen Interesse?) den Klienten in Verfahren reinziehen, die sinnlos sind.
