H	Hermine Bach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin absolut begeistert (und das bei meiner Ärzteskepsis...) Ich leide an einer schweren Traumafolgestörung. Es ist mir noch nie passiert, dass ich mich weniger als zwei Minuten nach dem Händeschütteln vor einer fremden Person so ausknipse, dass ich nicht mehr sprechen und mich nicht bewegen kann - wirklich schlimm. Sie erkennt und benennt das in der Sekunde als "dissoziativen Zustand" und sagt hinterher dazu: "Hätten Sie etwas anderes in dem Moment tun können, hätten Sie das natürlich getan! Sowas passiert doch nur, wenn es gar keine andere Möglichkeit gibt!" Just wow. Als ich mich wieder gefangen hatte, wurde aus dem Gespräch etwas, für das ich kein Wort habe. Ich habe eine Nadel im Heuhaufen gefunden! Eine systemkritische Systemangehörige, die noch dazu eine zu meinen (schrägen?) Bedürfnissen passende Intuition hat; jemand, der keine Lehrbücher runterbetet, um mir im Erstkontakt seine Kompetenz darzustellen wie gewohnt, sondern wo ich eigentlich das Gefühl hab, die kennt mein Problem von innen, nicht nur von der Oberfläche - und schreibt sich nicht mal "traumasensitiv" oder sonstwas auf die Fahnen. Ich bin echt psychiatrieerfahren - aber das was das beste Ärztegespräch meines Lebens. Danke! I am absolutely thrilled (and this with my doctors' skepticism ...) I am suffering from a serious trauma disorder. It has never happened to me that less than two minutes after shaking hands, I flipped myself out in front of a stranger so that I can not talk anymore and can not move - really bad. She recognizes and names that as a "dissociative state" every second, and then says, "If you had been able to do something else at that moment, you would have done that, of course, but that happens only when there is no other way!" Just wow. When I got caught again, the conversation became something I did not speak for. I found a needle in a haystack! A system-critical member of the system, which also has an intuition suitable for my (oblique?) Needs; someone who does not pray textbooks to show me his competence in first contact as usual, but where I actually have the feeling that knows my problem from the inside, not just from the surface - and does not even write "trauma sensitive" or anything else on the flags. I'm really psychiatric - but that's the best doctor's talk of my life. Thank you!
