★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. ist sehr einfühlsam und vermittelt das Gefühl in guten Händen zu sein. Man hat nicht das Gefühl einfach nur "abgefertigt" zu werden da sie sich auch Zeit nimmt für ihre Patienten.
Allerdings ist es wirklich sehr mühsam da man bei telefonischen Kontakt entweder ewig in der Warteschleife hängt (25 Minuten sind keine Seltenheit) oder dauernd besetzt ist.... Ich habe es in einer Woche nicht geschafft einen Termin auszumachen da ich niemand erreiche und ich habe mehrmals täglich versucht anzurufen.
Für ältere Leute die zuhause sind und einfach hingehen können sehr empfehlenswert allerdings für normal berufstätige Leute sehr schwierig und mühsam
Mrs. Dr. is very sensitive and conveys the feeling of being in good hands. You don't have the feeling of just being "processed" because she also takes the time for her patients.
However, it is really very tedious because when you contact us by phone you are either on hold forever (25 minutes is not uncommon) or is constantly busy.... I did not manage to make an appointment in a week because I cannot reach anyone and I have Tried calling several times a day.
Highly recommended for older people who are at home and can easily go there, but very difficult and tedious for normal working people
