★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser Arzt hat uns jetzt schon zwei Mal in einer Notsituation im Stich gelassen ! In beiden Fällen war er als Bereitschaftsarzt
tätig, und somit die einzige Option in der Gegend.
Bei einem akuten Schwindelanfall wollte er von der Patientin, dass sie in die Praxis kommt. Da diese jedoch Transportunfähig war (man konnte sie nicht einmal bewegen), war dies keine Option. Auf die Frage, ob er irgendwie kommen könnte (was eigentlich Teil der Aufgabe als Bereitschaftsarzt sein sollte), sage er einfach sie solle ein Reisemedikament nehmen.
Beim zweiten Mal hatte die selbe Patientin eine starke Stirnhöhleneiterung und wurde per Telefon mit einem "ich habe gerade keine Schlüssel zur Praxis" (während seiner Bereitschaft) und sie solle doch 'bestrahlen', abgewimmelt.
Sehr geehrter Herr Weichselbraun, ich bitte sie höflichst, ihre Position als Bereitschaftsarzt ernster zu nehmen.
This doctor has already let us down twice in an emergency! In both cases he was on call
active, making it the only option in the area.
In the event of an acute dizziness, he wanted the patient to come to the practice. However, since it was unable to be transported (you could not even move it), this was not an option. When asked if he could come somehow (which should actually be part of the on-call doctor's job), he simply said that she should take a travel medication.
The second time, the same patient had severe sinus dilation and was phoned off by phone saying "I don't have any keys to the practice" (while he was on standby) and that she should 'irradiate'.
Dear Mr. Weichselbraun, I kindly ask you to take your position as an on-call doctor more seriously.
