Ein großes Lob an das technische Labor, sehr kompetent, meine Prothese wurde perfekt angepasst und war im Nu fertig! Kann diese Ordination nur weiterempfehlen! From the reception to the contact with the doctor, everything runs perfectly here, the entire team is very friendly and hard-working. Bevor ich Fragen zu meinen Zähnen stellen konnte, hörte ich: "Sie sind ein Plus Dental-Patient, nicht mein Patient, stellen Sie alle Ihre Fragen an Plus Dental"(Obwohl dieser Arzt seine Dienste über diese Firma anbietet). Die Assistenten waren sehr unhöflich (sie übten viel Druck auf mein Zahnfleisch aus und taten mir weh). Im Wartezimmer musste ich meine Postleitzahl 5 Mal wiederholen und jedes Mal tat sie so, als würde sie mich nicht verstehen, obwohl ich auf Österreichisch und ziemlich laut und deutlich antwortete . I did not receive any advice from the dentist. Before I could ask any questions about my teeth, I heard, "You are a Plus Dental patient, not my patient, ask all your questions to Plus Dental" (although this doctor offers his services through this company). The assistants were very rude (they put a lot of pressure on my gums and hurt me). In the waiting room I had to repeat my zip code 5 times and each time she pretended not to understand me, even though I answered in Austrian and quite loud and clear.
