O	Omid Parsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich verhalten von Personal, Ich hab Problem e mit Rückschmerzen seit Ein paar Jahren. Der Arzt hat sehr oberflächlich alles angeschaut und ohne irgendeine bestimmte bestimmte Diagnose , meinte ich muss in 3 Monaten wiederkommen. Ich bewundere mich wie er sein Titel als Arzt überhaupt bekommen. Auf jeden Fall s habe mein Arzt gewechselt und neue Arzt meinte , ich hab echte Problem in Wirbelsäule und mein Linke Fuß ist 1,5 cm kürzer. Interessanter Weise Dr. Kramer könnte in sein Diagnose und sogar mit Röntgen Fotos das Problem nicht bestimmen!!! Ich finde solche Ärzte wollen einfach nur Geld kassieren und entweder haben keine Ahnung oder Schmerzen andere Menschen sind denen vollkommen egal !!! Unfriendly behavior of staff, I've had back pain problems for a couple of years. The doctor looked at everything very superficially and without any specific diagnosis, said I have to come back in 3 months. I admire how he got his doctorate in the first place. In any case, I changed my doctor and the new doctor said I have real problems in my spine and my left foot is 1.5 cm shorter. Interestingly, Dr. Kramer could not determine the problem in his diagnosis and even with X-ray photos! I think such doctors just want to collect money and either have no idea or they don't care about pain other people !!!

Grund für den Termin: Fahrradunfall. Daraus folgende Schulterschmerzen wollte der Arzt ohne Begutachtung sofort mit Spritzen behandeln. Angebliche Verspannungen im Nackenbereich. Sowas stelle ich mir nicht unter medizinischer Behandlung vor. Appointment agreed. Registered at the reception 5 minutes in advance and still waiting 45 minutes. What do I make an appointment for? Reason for the appointment: bicycle accident. The doctor wanted to treat the resulting shoulder pain immediately with injections without prior assessment. Alleged tension in the neck area. I don't imagine that under medical treatment.
M	Maggy Hein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetente & professionelle Hilfe für CTS – OP Danke Nach ca. 6 Jahren immer wiederkehrende Schmerzen, Taubheitsgefühl- Kraftverlust in den Händen, Sehnenentzündungen, anhaltender Rhizarthrose, Physiotherapien, Gips, Schienen, Schmerzambulanz. Fand ich endlich zu Dr. Kramer, rasche OP-Termine für beide Karpaltunneloperationen. Viele Büroarbeitskollegen klagen auch noch nach Jahren über schmerzende Narben. Bei ihnen wurde der Handballen fast gänzlich durchtrennt (Narben 6 -8cm lang). Der Schnitt von Dr. Kramer ist 2,5 -3 cm kurz. Vorteil: keine Schmerzen, wenn die Hand aufliegt (Tastatur, Maus) und der Heilsprozess ist kürzer. Nun ist es so, dass ich wieder die PC-Maus stundenlang ohne Schmerzen, ziehen und brennen Schwellungen verwenden kann. Meine Hände erlangen langsam ihre Kraft zurück. Schraubverschlüsse, Türe aufsperren, Aufzugknopf drücken, Touchscreen Geräte bedienen - wird besser. Nicht selbstverständlich ist diese menschliche, kompetente, souveräne und professionelle Art der Behandlung. Danke an das Team. I finally found Dr. Kramer, quick surgery appointments for both carpal tunnel operations. Many office work colleagues complain of painful scars even after years. The heel of the hand was almost completely severed (scars 6-8 cm long). Dr. Kramer is 2.5-3 cm short. Advantage: no pain when the hand is on (keyboard, mouse) and the healing process is shorter. Now it is so that I can use the PC mouse again for hours without pain, pulling and burning, swelling. My hands are slowly regaining their strength. N	Nama Mana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akuttermin bekommen, lange Wartezeit, Vertreter in Dienst, kein Untersuchungen, kein Befund geschaut, keine Frage gehört. Ständige blicke und Lächeln mit die Assistentin gezeigt daß den Patient nicht ernst genommen wird und nur versucht wird Infiltration zu verkaufen damit mit die Krankenkasse verrechnet wird egal welche Problem man hat. Zweite Termin mit Dr. Kramer persönlich gemacht. Arrogant, lass den Patient nicht reden, stellt fragen ohne ein antwort fertig sprechen zu lassen. Verkauft Infiltration als Behandlung für alles und als akut Behandlung muss man wochen warten weil Masse Patienten draußen warten? Fließband Arbeit nur zu kassieren ohne Interesse an die Patienten. Get an immediate appointment, long waiting time, representative on duty, no examinations, no findings looked at, no question heard. Constant looks and smiles with the assistant showed that the patient is not taken seriously and only tries to sell infiltration so that the health insurance company will be charged regardless of the problem you have. Second appointment with Dr. Kramer made it personally. Arrogant, don't let the patient talk, ask questions without letting an answer finish. Den Personal genau so wie den Chef: Firmenpolitik? Nicht zu empfehlen. Gut wenn man nicht hat! I probably accept arrogance from a professional who does his job and not from an assembly line worker just interested in what can be reckoned with. The staff just like the boss: company policy? Not recommendable. Good if you don't have it!

Total liebe Ordinationshilfen, sehr freundlich und nett. Es gibt 3 Behandlungszimmer in denen die Patienten auf den Arzt warten können. Obwohl so viel zu tun war, hat sich der Arzt Zeit genommen, mich untersucht und nach der Ursache gesucht. Er hat mir Medikamente verschieben und mich zum Blutabnehmen geschickt. Bei der Befundbesprechung wieder das tolle Team in der Ordination, dann zum super Arzt. Er hat mir alles erklärt und mir wirklich geholfen. Er hat sich wieder Zeit genommen. Ich habe großes Vertrauen und er hat mir wirklich geholfen. I've only had great experiences with the doctor. I was in severe pain and was given an appointment right away. Totally lovely ordination assistants, very friendly and nice. There are 3 treatment rooms where patients can wait for the doctor. Although there was so much to do, the doctor took the time to examine me and look for the cause. He shifted my medication and sent me for blood tests. When the results were discussed, the great team in the surgery again, then to the great doctor. He explained everything to me and really helped me. He took his time again. I have great confidence and he really helped me.

Herr Dr. Kramer und sein Personal sind sehr freundlich und kompetent, es wird sich auch bei Infusionen trotz großen Andrangs Zeit genommen für eine Nachfrage. Ich war mit einem "Tennisarm" und später mit einem Bandscheibenvorfall in Behandlung und fühlte mich immer kompetent behandelt und informiert. Dass viel los ist (man bekommt trotzdem zeitnah einen Termin) zeigt aus meiner Sicht, dass eine Praxis gut läuft, etwaige Wartezeiten erwarte ich mir da auch. Ein lösungsorientiertes und somit kurzes Arzt-/PatientInnen-Gespräch ebenfalls. Gemessen an der COVID-Situation möchte ich sagen, dass alle Hygienevorgaben immer umgesetzt wurden und auch wirklich den Patienten gegenüber Vorsicht und Schutz geboten war. Vielen Dank!
