Leider war die Dame am Telefon sehr unhöflich - wollte einen Blutbefund aufgrund meiner Chronischen Krankheit machen lassen und habe ihr auch gleich mitgeteilt, dass ich dann auch eine Überweisung für einen Ultraschall (nicht medizinische OP) benötige - mir ist bewusst, dass dieser Ultraschall privat ist und nicht von der Kassa bezahlt wird, der Grund für die Überweisung war auch nicht, dass das als 'medizinisch notwendig' abgestempelt wird. Ohne Überweisung kann man aber keinen Ultraschall machen ;) Die Dame hat mir dann kurzerhand vorgeworfen, dass das ja Betrug sei. Daraufhin habe ich mich aufgeregt. Sie "entschuldigte" sich indem sie meinte, ich hätte sagen müssen, dass es eine private Überweisung (sie nannte einen medizinischen Begriff, den ich als Nicht-Medizinierin nicht kenne. Ich kann nur weiterleiten, was mir gesagt wurde) ist, dann hätte sie mir das auch nicht so gesagt und ich habe das falsch verstanden. Dabei wollte ich nur gleich sagen, worum es geht und was ich alles machen müsste, sie ließ mich aber leider auch nicht ausreden. Habe somit gar nicht erst einen Termin vereinbart. Sehr schade! Die Rezensionen zum Arzt haben sehr gut geklungen! Was looking for a closer to home doctor. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone was very rude - wanted to have a blood test for my chronic illness and immediately informed her that I would then also need a referral for an ultrasound (non-medical operation) - I am aware that this ultrasound is private and is not paid by the cash desk, the reason for the transfer was not that it is stamped as 'medically necessary'. But you can't do an ultrasound without a transfer;) The lady then accused me without further ado that it was fraud. Then I got excited. She "apologized" by saying I should have said it was a private referral (she mentioned a medical term that I am not familiar with as a non-medical practitioner. I can only relay what I was told), then she would I didn't tell me that either and I got it wrong. I just wanted to tell you what it was about and what I had to do, but unfortunately she didn't let me finish. So I didn't make an appointment in the first place. What a shame! The reviews on the doctor sounded very good!
B	Ben Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Dezember 2021 persönlich erkundigt, ob neue Patienten aufgenommen werden und ob Rezepte per Email angefordert werden können (nein nur telefonisch, man hat auch keine Website).. Damals hieß es kein Problem. 4 Wochen später ist am Telefon davon keine Rede mehr. Man nimmt weder neue Patienten auf (genau das hatte ich damals gefragt, ob dies möglich ist) und man will auch kein Rezept ausstellen? "Dann müsste ich ja sie anlegen". Dann hätte man einem potentiellen Patienten sagen müssen, dass man sofort "angelegt" werden muss, um in Zukunft ein Rezept bekommen zu können. Fazit: unfreundlich, nicht organsiert, 0,0 hilfsbereit und absolut unmögliches Verhalten. asked personally in December 2021 if new patients are admitted and whether recipes can be requested by email (no phone only, you have no website) ..
