R	Roberta Umathum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab lange überlegt ob ich die Bewertung schreiben soll, aber ich finde es fair anderen die Wahl des Wahlarztes zu erleichtern. Wir waren letzte Woche zum wiederholten Male bei Dr. Schafhauser, und trotz einiger Empfehlungen bin ich von Mal zu Mal grantiger. Man kommt zwar pünktlich dran, aber es gibt null Interesse am Kind oder an den Eltern. Kein „Wie geht“s?“, kein Wort zum Kind, kurze und knappe Antworten bei Fragen. Die einzige Frage die er stellt ist „Bar oder mit Karte?“. Das Kind liegt wie ein Gegenstand am Untersuchungstisch, und als Eltern fühlt man sich wie ein notwendiges Übel. Eventuell mag er fachlich ganz gut sein, aber diese fehlende Empathie ist gerade beim einem Kinderarzt (!) wirklich ein No-Go. Jeder Tierarzt interessiert sich mehr für seine Patienten. Und gerade als Wahlarzt sollte er bei diesen Preisen zumindest einen Hauch von Freundlichkeit und Interesse mit in seinen Beruf bringen! I've been thinking a long time about writing the review, but I think it's fair to make it easier for others to choose a GP. We were again with Dr. Schafhauser, and despite some recommendations I am more and more grumpy. You can be on time, but there is zero interest in the child or the parents. No "How is it?", No word to the child, short and concise answers to questions. The only question he asks is "Bar or with a map?". The child lies at the examination table like an object, and as a parent one feels like a necessary evil. Maybe he may be quite good professional, but this lack of empathy is just at a pediatrician (!) Really a no-go. Every veterinarian is more interested in his patients. And just as a doctor, he should bring at least a touch of friendliness and interest in these jobs in his job!
M	Mariella K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind nun seit insgesamt 3 Jahren mit unserem Sohn und unserer Tochter bei Dr. Schafhauser. Wartezeiten sind minimal bis 0. Das Dr. Schafhauser keine Empathie besitzt, kann ich nicht bestätigen. Er grüßt die Kinder, fragt sie ob etwas weh tut, redet einfühlsam auf sie ein, sollten sie Angst haben. Hört den Eltern aufmerksam zu und schätzt die Situation ein. Wir hatten/haben sehr oft das Problem mit Bronchitis. Bei wirklich akuten Verlauf, wollte er am Abend oder am nächsten Tag einen Anruf wie es den Kind geht. Diese Vorgehensweise hätte ich noch bei keinen Kassenarzt erleb! Wir sind glücklich über ihn als Kinderarzt und werden auch sicherlich bei ihm bleiben! For a total of 3 years now, we have been with Dr. and our daughter. Schafhauser. Waiting times are minimal to 0. Dr. Ing. Schafhauser does not have empathy, I can not confirm. He greets the children, asks them if something hurts, talks to them sensitively if they are afraid. Listen attentively to the parents and evaluate the situation. We often had the problem with bronchitis. In case of really acute course, he wanted a call in the evening or the next day as the child goes. I would not have experienced this procedure with any cash doctor! We are happy about him as a pediatrician and will certainly stay with him!
