Obwohl ich ein schmerzpatientIn bin wurde bei mir nur Paracetamol verschrieben und ich einfach nur nach Hause geschickt! Für mich spielt eine professionelle Kommunikation große Rolle den sie unterstützt den Aufbau einer vertrauensvollen Zahnarzt-Patient- Beziehung. Ich werde niemals wieder zum Dr Pregel gehen... ich bin sehr enttäuscht Wenn es an meiner Hand läge würde ich nicht einmal den einen Stern hergeben ??????? This doctor is simply not able to communicate, I got him talking with oh and noise! Even though I am a pain patient, I was only prescribed acetaminophen and I was just sent home! Plays for me A professional communication role that supports the establishment of a trusting dentist-patient relationship. I will never go to Dr Pregel again ... I am very disappointed If it were up to my hand, I wouldn't even give away the one star ???????

Dr. Pregel und Team gehen auf Patienten ein, versuchen alles um dir die Angst zu nehmen. Ich werde nie vergessen, wie der Doktor zu mir sagte : "es gibt einen Schmerz nur einen den ich dir leider nicht nehmen kann, den Stich von der Spritze". Dieser eine Satz hat mir schon ein großes Stück von meiner Angst genommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Dr. Pregel und sein Team A great doctor with a great team. Was very scared of going to the dentist.
