Schade, aber ich hab mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Sprechstundenhilfe und Mitarbeiterin, die Hörtests macht waren nett. Unfortunately, Dr Lothaller does not take time for questions. He seems annoyed when asked and replies monosyllabic. A pity, but I did not feel well. The receptionist and co-worker who does the listening tests were nice.

Der Arzt ist keineswegs unfreundlich (ob er kompetent ist kann ich nicht sagen), nur nimmt er sich absolut keine Zeit für dein Problem. Ablauf: Namensaufruf, Eintreten in die Praxis, schnelle Begutachtung, 5 Medikamente ausdrucken die dir nichts Bringen und Tschüss (Bitte in 14 tagen wiederkommen...) Sehr nette Frauen im Empfang und beim Hörtest. Die Wartezeit war sehr kurz (Hatte etwas zu lesen mit + schnelle Abfertigung) KEINE!! Weiterempfehlung bei dieser Auslastung (welche eventuell auf den Urlaub anderer HNO´s zurückführen ist) Ich habe mir die Medikamente aus Skepsis nicht geholt. Im weiteren Verlauf wurde ich durch einen Zufall bei Neuroth in Horn von einer Äußerst netten Frau bestens und rundum Kompetent beraten (Gehörtest + ausführliches Gespräch gg Bezahlung) The ordination bursts at the seams, processing almost every minute. The doctor is by no means unfriendly (I cannot say whether he is competent), only he takes absolutely no time for your problem. Procedure: Calling your name, entering the practice, quick assessment, printing out 5 medications that do not bring you anything and bye (please come back in 14 days ...) Very nice women in reception and during the hearing test. The waiting time was very short (had something to read with + fast processing) NO!! Recommendation for this occupancy (which may be due to the vacation of other ENTs) I didn't get the medication out of skepticism. Later, by chance at Neuroth in Horn, I was advised by an extremely nice woman in the best and all-round competently (hearing test + detailed discussion for payment)
